Food was hot. Actually had to wait for it to cool to eat it; not common amongst fast food. It was fresh, served well, and the staff were all polite and accommodating.

My wife and I got wendys drive thru around 12:30pm on the 24th of February
2026 order was a son of baconator and a double with light sauce we ate and both got violently ill several hours later .
Food was not fresh was not hot maybe Luke warm however in a hurry as we always are decided to eat ..
Worst mistake of the week! …
Will not recommend this wendys to anyone and will not return unless it’s with a food born illness receipt !

I ordered a crispy chicken BLT tonight and they gave me a chicken and lettuce sandwich. No bacon, no tomato, and no cheese. %50 of the sandwich I ordered was missing. By time I got home and realized their mistake, they were closed and no longer answering the phone. When I drove back to the store, I told them I don’t need it fixed tonight since they are closed but it does need to be rectified and the workers gave me an attitude and acted like they weren’t going to rectify their mistake. I asked for the managers name and one of the workers gave me a fake name. I know this to be true because he stumbled and started to give me one name, then changed it to another name. I will not update my review unless they rectify the issue tomorrow.

Person taking order was super rude and could tell didn’t want to be at work. I ordered kids meal for my kid and wanted milk with it and then wanted something for myself he kept rushing and was just plain rude then at the window he was rude as well I gave him my card and he gives me my food and goes receipt and card in the bag and then I asked for my kids milk and he goes you said no drink and sat and argued at the window about a kids milk won’t be going to this location ever again.

Ordered the highly advertised “Tendies” and they were absolutely terrible! They literally were smaller than chicken nuggets I could put in the microwave and they tasted horrible. Go to Chick-fil-A or a gas station for better Tendies or nuggets.

Went through the drive thru I got a oreo frosty and a biggie bag best fries I have ever had they were hot and fresh and my cashier Lisa made sure everything i needed was in my bag ! So glad noone forget my sauces or napkins ! 1000% satisfied

7/10/25 9am. The rudest bunch of people ever! We walked from the hotel! This lady watched us try and open the door it was locked! She watched us walk around the building to the other door and then unlocked the 1st door we were at in the 1st place and then started doing something else while we were all waiting at the other door that was still locked. Then she finally came and unlocked it no good morning no nothing just unlocked and walked away. Then we all stood in line and thought the younger girl was going to take our order. Nope! She was just ringing up her own breakfast and walked off with not a word to any of us either. Then we were back with the original rude lady and she proceeded to take a tray to flip the signs for breakfast while we all just stood there and watched. It was like she waiting for one of us to say something so she could be even more unprofessional. She continued to talk to other employees and then finally said in these words “what you need” with the look she has on her face says it all. 2 people left and said they dont have time for this! We didnt either but were on a business trip and had to be somewhere at a certain time. She was so rude! If you dont like your job leave! Apparently you didnt want to be there since you still had your night clothes on and a bonnet. Complete out of dress code for Wendy’s. Make it make sense! Shame on you WENDYS for allowing these types of people to take over your establishment. See pictures if you would like to know who you have running your business in a very unprofessional way!
