I’m from San Antonio and I love a nice coffee stand! Here to visit family and came across this cute coffee shop! Zandy and crew helped satisfy my caffeine addiction lol ! Extremely fast service. The location is very convenient. I tried a couple drinks and even asked to make me a 4th of July theme drink and Zandy came through.. My drink was exactly what I expected and exactly how I ordered it. The drinks here are delicious. The staff is also extremely warm and pleasant to deal with. This is a drive-thru coffee shop. Great pick me up!!

This place is usually pretty good. I go here probably about once a week and the staff are very friendly. Always happy to help. Today, Thursday, I got here around 7PM, like 7:12PM and I walked up to get a hot chocolate for the ride home but I didn’t initially see anyone inside but saw the open sign was on so I knocked on the window. I ended up seeing someone inside playing on their phone but they never came to the window. Guess no hot chocolate today.

Ordered a white mocha and 3 shots of espresso. The girl put all the shots in the mocha. When I pointed out that I ordered the shots separately she told me she would have to charge me again to remake the coffee. She said the company is cracking down on having to remake drinks. If they get your order wrong you are just stuck with it I guess.

We have been to multiple Gravity Coffee locations and had great experiences and great drinks at each one. This time I had ordered a strawberry mango smoothie and what she gave me didn’t even have strawberry in it. I even ordered a strawberry smoothie with mango and then when I brought it up the barista she said that is what she made. The drink is orange there is no way it would have strawberry and be orange. Also, it wasn’t even that busy and we placed the order on the app 10 minutes before we arrived and they weren’t ready.

Dumb reason to complain but it just frustrates me. I bought a gift card for my 8 yo daughter who enjoys the Italian sodas. On the menu it states that they are 2.50 for child size. The baristas continually charge me (her) 1 dollar more for the syrup stating that an Italian soda is just soda water and you have to pay extra for the syrup. Not a big deal but I’ve worked in coffee for 5 years and never charged someone extra who ordered an Italian soda for syrup, that’s ridiculous. This is bad way to do business and false advertising!

Had the absolute worst barista service I have ever had. Just paid over 27.00 dollars for these two protein coffees. Zoee was the barista and she ala cart both these drinks. What a shame. Never coming back to Gravity Coffee again. Also they rang these drinks up 3 times!
