Paid for an 8 piece family meal, they left out the cole slaw and tarter sauce. On top of that, 2 of those 8 pieces of fish were half the size of a regular piece, not much bigger than a hushpuppy.. Attempted to call to complain and they refused to answer. Yes, bag should’ve been checked before leaving but my teenage son picked it up and did not check. But, it wasn’t my sons job to put things in the bag or answer the phone.

From the quality to the cleanliness, everything was perfect. The fish was hot and crispy, the hush puppies were steaming hot, and of course the Cole slaw always hits the spot. The friendly service and short wait time was impressive.

I love the food and I rarely get to eat there since they shutdown most of them. This would be fantastic food if they changed the grease more often than they do but they really need to use different oil for each product. You really can’t tell the difference between anything fried. The crew was friendly and look clean

Friendly staff and good food. The fries were a bit soggy by the time we took our 15-minute drive home. They also did not have clam strips available at that time. Other than that, it’s a typical fast food restaurant with good friendly service, and a clean facility.

Update 6/13/2022: I, my wife and a friend, did indoor dining there yesterday evening. Food was super hot and fresh and the manager made sure (multiple times) that we had everything we needed. Exceptional service and well prepared food for a ‘semi-fast-food’ restaurant. Would definitely recommend for your ole fishNchips crave! ☺
Don’t be fooled by the sparse parking lot at this Long John Silvers. They have great food and it’s always been fresh and hot when I’ve been there. The staff are great and friendly. I’ve dined in with my wife and parents a few times and have also used their drive through as well. Whether dining or doing carry out, the is a great little Long John Silvers.
