I went to get a meal for me and my kids, and this girl—I don’t know if she was a worker or management—was really mean to her other employees when I was there and then called one of them fat for some reason when she walked away. Mind you, this is just a normal interaction trying to get a meal for me and my kids, but honestly, I just feel bad for the people that work there and have to deal with someone body-shaming or just being treated like less than someone, so I mean, it was the McDonald’s near the college. I saw her name tag; it was like kaylee or Kaylyn, and she was a mmanager,but i just felt so bad and dont know what to do or say. It’s not my place but no one should have to worry about their own insecurities at work; that’s not the job. So yeah, 1 star for customer service and rudeness to other human beings..

Almost every time I go through the drive thru my order is messed up in one way or the other. Today I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy meal and received the Spicy McCrispy meal. I paid for 2 packets of sweet-n-sour sauce, because they now charge for them, which I did not receive. I did not realize the mistake until I was back at my office and didn’t open every container of food in my car to make sure it was correct. When I called the store to complain, the person who answered the phone literally said to me “what do you want me to do for you”. Customer service sucks! So now, I have no lunch today (yes it went in the garbage) because I can’t just leave work to go back and have it fixed.

Terrible service. Ordered 2 value meals and was asked to pull up since our food wasn’t ready. Waited 10 minutes and finally had to go in store. They have us a greasy bag of food that another customer was given and had in their car. No offer to remake the food and make it right. Had to throw away the food

i don’t even know where to start there is a lot of flaws about this establishment. my show was on the tv but i couldn’t watch because the tv is way too small and the graphics is not it! then can they not have cookies?!?!!? me and my lovely roommate wanted cookies and they never have any! we are so displeased . the floor is not the cleanest so i wouldn’t prefer eating here unless they sweep and mop. p.s i took a toilet paper roll and a decoration off the wall thank you for that

This McDonalds restaurant on Wayne Avenue has some of the friendliest employees around. The sandwiches are great. However, the fries are usually lousy. What you see in the photo is what is left from an order of medium fries that I got. About half of the order was inedible because the fries were greasy, soggy, undercooked, and generally AWFUL. I wish I could say that this is abnormal, but it is not. This is how fries are typically cooked at this location. If you want fresh, properly cooked, and crispy fries – look elsewhere.

I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in many years, I rarely eat fast food. My granddaughter is 3 1/2 and has never been to a McDonald’s, I had promised I would take her for a happy meal as a special treat and took her little brother along who is 2. We went to the Wayne Avenue location. The establishment is clean and the workers are polite and friendly. The fries are just as good as they used to be!! We all had a great time and of course the character in the happy meal was a big hit. I have a feeling we will be going back…

This McDonald’s has met great expectations. For being in a college town, this restaurant was clean and fast, and what I expect a McDonald’s to be. Service was fast, and the burger was neat and not a mess as in so many other McDonald’s. The manager at this McDonald’s most have a good handle on its staff.
