What a wonderful experience at the Chanhassen Caribou Coffee. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and I never felt rushed. You could tell they truly enjoy what they do. The cozy lobby made it the perfect, warm spot to sip coffee and relax with a good read. Thank you for such a welcoming space!

Food is great but little expensive on breakfast items. Flatbread with just egg vegan option wonderful but 7$ for that seems pricier. Ambience is great for a morning or afternoon time visit. Crowd is less most of the time. A nice morning time to spend here. Coffee as usual great like other locations.

Normally love this location and would typically receive 5* stars, however the medium drink I ordered today was half full with a large amount of whip. The whip doesn’t bother me, but the missing 1/3 of the coffee was concerning. I understand the shop was extremely busy at the time, but with prices, can’t skimp on the full cup of coffee.
Update (after starting to drink) the Caramel High Rise had no flavor and left a burnt aftertaste.

This location is usually good but this morning I got a caramel espresso shaker and it didn’t taste very good . It just tasted like milk and all the caramel was at the bottom. Couldn’t taste a lot of coffee so a little disappointed this time.

I absolutely love our local Chanhassen Caribou. The service is always great here and online ordering is always timely and accurate. It also has the typical cozy vibe for dining in and they have a very small patio area for when the weather is nice.

We stopped by this Caribou Coffee shop location last weekend, while we were visiting the Minneapolis area. We noticed that they are many location of this Coffee franchise in the local area, so we wanted to see what everyone is raving about.
Upon entering the Coffee shop, I was quickly greeted by a friendly staff. The menu offers many options for everyone, but we just ordered two speciality coffees. The coffees we had were very favorable, and not to strong. We truly enjoyed everything we ordered, and I’m sure that we will return for another visit soon.

Everyone was so friendly. Got my coffee made correctly even though I made a few modifications to it. It was delicious. Usually, when I go to other locations, they make my Zebra mocha WAY too sweet. It’s perfect every time I go to this location.

Don’t order from here in the morning. Ordered on the app to have it ready when I arrived 10 minutes later. When I got there they had 1 other customer waiting for a drink, so they were not very busy. It still somehow took them another 7 minutes before I got my drink. Not ideal when you were looking for a quick pickup in the morning
