Small home town diner/bar. The space is small and doesn’t have too much seating but the placement of booths and tables is well designed. There is a full bar and an open kitchen. Bathrooms are clean and there is a jukebox and a pool table. It is by no means fancy but if you are looking for a nice vibe, check out this place . The service was great. Very attentive. The food came out hot and is cooked to order. Highly recommend the buffalo dip and the chili cheese fries. There are daily and weekly specials. The prices are extremely reasonable. We will go back to try more of the menu.

I wasn’t too excited about paying 13$ for a turkey sub, BUT she put like 6 slices of thicc turkey on this thing and whatever the pepper relish is, is pretty damn delicious. Worth it. Very happy!

I walked in expecting “pretty good bar food” and ended up having a spiritual moment with their pork tacos. It was taco night – beef, pork, or shrimp. Robert suggested taco night, he is the chef and did not disappoint!

The tortillas? Soft enough to make me question every life choice that led me to not eat here sooner. I took one bite and immediately started planning my return, possibly tonight—don’t judge me.

Service was fast, vibe was chill, and my soul is now 12% happier.

If you’re nearby and don’t try the pork tacos, that’s between you and your conscience. Also, happy hour til 7!

I found my sandwich shop. The setup is great. Drink selection and chips selection is awesome. The Gus sub is absolutely fire! Bread was warm and delicious as well. This is the place, highly recommended. Staff were absolutely amazing as well!

My husband and I went in last night 12/31.. service was 10/10, food as 10/10 atmospheres 10/10… we decided to return this evening… the complete opposite! When we pulled up the cook was outside smoking a cigarette, we walked in, only one other table occupied! The table consisted of two couples and a young child! The man was yelling at the child using cuss words and was highly intoxicated! The cook came in and went straight into the kitchen area without washing his hands! I looked my husband and we decided to leave!

Service was great atmosphere was great plenty of people in enjoying lunch, but I had the worst steak sub of my life. The steak was odd didn’t seem like steak. Definitely a disappointment wouldn’t order that particular item again.

First time ordering for pick up, since I had my second shot and absolutely was not gonna cook. Been jonesing for a Cuban Sandwich, so that’s what I googled to find a place.

Total winner. Kids ate well (son tried his first BBQ sandwich and killed it, daughter had a BLT because we knew she’s pick it apart and eat the components). BLT had a ton of good looking bacon, and the bbq had a serious amount of roasted pork–the overflow was probably enough to make another sandwich.
ETA: He totally did it.

The cubans weren’t traditional pressed sandwiches, but that wasn’t a surprise since they’re listed as hoagies. The rolls are crusty without being tough, with a good flavor. There wasn’t any sogginess, probably because the mustard was on top of the fillings (sort of a problem for take out, since it gets smeared around when the hoagie is wrapped up). Again, the pork was awesome. Not greasy at all, but not dry either (some places do pulled pork and the meat is sawdust–this is not that). It’s well seasoned and tasty enough to grab and eat by itself, and I don’t think any of us had any fatty/grisly pieces. They were definitely full enough that I was pleased and didn’t feel like we overpaid.

We’re excited to have discovered the Arbor and will definitely be back!

Best sandwich I’ve had in a long time! Awesome, friendly staff, they make you feel like family.
The daily lunch deals are delicious and very inexpensive. Today I got Bangers and mash and green beans, with two rolls and an iced tea for $7.99! Check the photo.
