I just stop recently at this wawa location and normally I’m stop at different wawa’s , but this one in particular is different the manager does not know how to interact whit customers. Personal problems should be left at home. Specially when the check money depends on customers . I Whis her problems at home get solved and She can start coming to work with a good attitude whit nice smile

We were traveling south and decided to go to the WAWA at this location. It seems to be busy especially at the sandwich counter. But we were stopping for coffee and a break. Unfortunately the ladies bathroom was closed for cleaning during lunch. So, we left and drove to a 7-11. Where they had both coffee and an open ladies room. The WAWA was not one I would recommend.

Alana or something like that, definitely began with an A on name tag. I Came in ordered my drink, then got lottery’s, so my drink would be done by the time I was done. Not so much, not that there was anyone else in line or any other orders on the screen, this young girl was just chit-chatting about “don’t leave me like this, without my blistex. don’t leave me dry like that. I know you’re not going to leave me dry, I forgot my blistex.” Yelling this through the store, while just starting my drink, when I walked over there to pick it up. Unreal, Wawa just keeps getting worse. Soon they will be more of an inconvenience then a convenience store

The sandwiches are the best part.. they always make them perfect….the frozen beverages need a little more practice to make them perfect… But they are actually ok… The employees arent very customer service friendly… But the store is ok.. gas prices are always reasonable…. Slushy machines weren’t fully working…. No tops for the drinks… But they did have a sign up saying low on supplies…. I would definitely recommend this location for the hoagies… You wont be disappointed…

My food is never right. Their hours of operation are sporadic. And they are quite rude in the evenings. Homeless people tend to hang out, out front and beg for money which I do not mind and always help when I can but the workers are always yelling at them and cussing at them which I do mind. I understand that is loitering but I even see them get bullied off the property near the building as well. Today I was only given half a cold panini and it wasn’t correct at all and they forgot the ingredients I payed extra for refused to make a new one or refund so I had to sit and eat my sad Panini in my car and cry internally. Which then began me listening to emo music again which my bf hates. So thanks Wawa for always helping me get in that soupy depressing mood, the only thing y’all are good for is ur coffee. Gas is even overpriced I will attach my sad Panini so y’all can cry internally with me and listen to Ed Sheeran. UPDATE: THEY WONT LET ME ADD MY SAD PANINI PIC

What’s good : it’s a wawa what do you expect. This wawa is consistent in standards no different from the other. Neat and clean, well stocked consistent food and coffee quality. Place is well stocked 24/7. As other wawa locations has 93 octane gas and free air too.

My husband has gone there multiple times trying to order breakfast, and there are ALWAYS long wait times, even when he goes early in the morning, and they are ALWAYS running out of the ingredients he wants like real eggs, (not the fake stuff) and hashbrowns. The app doesn’t always work consistently, which means the coupons don’t work either. I don’t know how Wawa keeps making money by providing such terrible service.
