We waited about 20 minutes longer than expected for our takeout order. The chicken was okay for a quick bite, but the sauce wasn’t good—especially the BBQ sauce. Honestly, it’s better to go to Chick-fil-A.

The place gets very busy, and the dining area is tiny, so it’s not a great idea to eat inside. The staff, however, were polite.

The Wingstop on Leland Rd is a really good place to eat. the food is always hot and fresh when you get it. The wings have a lot of flavor and are cooked just with the best deliciousness and crispin ess the restaurant is clean and feels welcoming. one worker named Alejandro is very nice and helpful and he always make sure customers get what they ordered. Alejandro has a good attitude and makes the place better. overall, this Wingstop on Leland Rd is a great spot to enjoy a meal.

Loved the experience, I ordered through at the store and loved the service given, I did not have to wait 30 minutes like in other places, I also loved how I was attended, super nice cashier and also great food quality as well as the free space in the parking lot! Would definitely come again!

I ordered through DoorDash and surprisingly my food arrived warm, I was expecting it to be cold like other times when I order from other restaurants but I felt satisfied with my warm food. They also have a really good customer service and a friendly staff which I love!

Ordered and paid for fries using take out and staff didn’t give the fries. Had to drive back just to ensure they give what was paid for. My advice is to check their work when you receive any food from them in case you are shorted.

The service is terrible. When you place an order online, the system tells you that you’ll wait between 20 to 30 minutes, but in reality, they make you wait between 45 minutes and an hour. Once I got my order, I went home and when I was about to eat with my family, we realized the order was incomplete. Obviously, we tried to call to complain, but I was on the phone for approximately 30 minutes and no one answered. I had to go back to the restaurant, wasting time and gas. But when I asked to speak with the manager, a woman named “Angie,” she answered in a despotic manner that her employees are new and that’s why they make mistakes. And they sure do make mistakes; while I was waiting for my order, I saw at least 2 or 3 people asking to speak with her, although I didn’t know why they were looking for her. And at the same time I was there to make my complaint, another person told me that her order had been wrong too. Anyway, when I asked to speak with her to explain the mistake and that food was missing, she threw the bag I had brought into the trash and told me there were only two options: one, to wait another 30 minutes minimum for them to have the new order ready, even though I had already waited for almost an hour, or two, to get my money back. I obviously asked for my money back, as it was impossible for them to ask me to wait another half hour or more, especially with the attitude of that girl “Angie” (the store manager of the Pittsburg, California location). The least she could have done was apologize and offered to replace the order on the spot, not tell me I had to wait as if I had just placed a new order, without acknowledging their mistake.

The truth is, it’s our fault for idealizing that junk food, when a healthy meal prepared at home is better and doesn’t harm our health with all the trans fats and industrial quantities of salt and artificial flavorings they use to give flavor to their products. A society that applauds the poor quality of the products it consumes just because of their advertising is a society doomed to sickness.
