If I could rate higher I would. I haven’t had good subway in a long time. I’ve lived in Indianola for a year and this is my first time coming here and I wish I had been here sooner. I will DEFINITELY be coming back.

Very great staff and fast, my only issue is they don’t wear beard nets. Like I respect them wearing mask but what the point of the mask if two of the gentlemen have neck beards going all around the mask makes me feel a bit odd

One of the cleanest Subways I’ve been in. Always have had the meats and all that when I order my sandwiches unlike a closet Subway I won’t mention here. And the employees have good ears because I make my daughter’s order their own sandwiches and no matter how many times I tell them to speak up they’re still talking to the employees in soft voices.

was so good! Three young people were working. The bread is so yummy and fresh. The sandwiches were amazing and the look on the 8 year olds face as she bit into her favorite sandwich was heavenly! Thank you we will be back!

Service was not great. Employees were bickering & then running out the door & coming back in without washing hands. Online orders were more important than people standing in line. And not to mention we spent over $50 for 4 people! Soo expensive!

I got to the subway at 8:42 on a Wednesday. They close at 9. I walked up to the door and it was locked with the light off and worker inside. Absolute horrible customer service. You don’t get to leave at 9, you close at 9 not 8:42.

Only leaving a 1 because I can’t leave negative stars. Placed an online order well in advance of the time of pickup. They called to confirm order AFTER we were to pick it up. 15-20 minutes AFTER our pickup time, it still wasn’t ready. After getting home out of town, they had given us a wrong sandwich which is absolutely nothing we would eat. Instead of refunding us for the sandwich, they were going to make us bring all the sandwiches back in to town and show them. The girl that answered the phone admitted the twice over mistake but was going to make us come back and the manager claimed she wasn’t around and didn’t know the story so we would have to come back. What a joke. Thanks for stealing our money. Absolutely despicable. There wasn’t even a bat of an eye at an attempt of customer service toward rectifying the situation.

I have been cooking for around a decade now for myself and at establishments all over the country. I don’t find myself praising fast food joints, like ever, but after the halfway point on my veggie delight I felt compelled to come here and leave a positive review. Seriously, bread was fresh, veggies were fresh and the same could be said for the other folks who ordered with me! Good job today guys keep it up!
