Really not much atmosphere, it’s just a takeout but the hamburgers were awesome! Everything else is really good like the wings and buffalo wings. Wouldn’t change any of it some people say that the prices are a little high but we’re in a pretty low income area. Don’t take the prices are high we feel like they’re very comparable. Something what’s wrong with Google and will not let me post this until I posted a photo so here’s one of me holding one of our copper flame hearts LOL

So today I tried Buffalo Wild Wings GO!

Honestly when I walked through those doors all I felt was vibes and sauce.
The wings were hot, confident, and amazing. Fries existed. They did their job.

I’m giving it a 10 out of 10, which means I will definitely be back!

Overall?

My husband and I have tried giving this Buffalo Wild Wings GO in Lebanon, MO a fair chance since it’s brand new, but unfortunately our experiences have been very inconsistent.

The first visit took over 15 minutes just to place our order because the cashier wasn’t fully trained on the system and had to keep re-entering it. There was no manager nearby to help. Our food also took a long time, and when it finally came out it was incorrect (boneless instead of bone-in wings). The staff was kind and did fix it, even letting us keep the original order, which we appreciated—but because everything had to be remade, we were there about an hour and a half total.

Our second visit was better overall. Ordering still took longer than it should have, but the food quality was improved and the experience was more positive.

Unfortunately, our third visit on 1/26 was the most disappointing. The cashier didn’t acknowledge us at all when we walked up—no greeting, no eye contact. We had to start stating our order ourselves. She appeared annoyed at having to enter it and struggled again with the system. While we waited 30 minutes for our food, she loudly complained to coworkers about her job, her workload, and having to drive in the snow the night before. Other customers were treated the same way—no greeting, just expected to start talking. It felt very unprofessional. The wing quality was not good this time and the chicken on the chicken sandwich was a flat piece of chicken and seemed processed.

We always have to ask for napkins, ranch, sauce again even though we asked for it when we ordered. Just frustrating that nobody enjoys their job or listens to customers.

I truly think this location could improve with stronger management presence and hands-on support for new employees. Right now, it feels understaffed and under-trained, and unfortunately that’s likely to cost them loyal customers. We won’t be returning unless changes are made.

I’m honestly surprised I’m the only one mentioning this.. We’ve ate here a few times and I’ve came to the conclusion of the lower side of 3 stars while food only receiving two stars solely on the burger I’ve worked many years at a large poultry pant from catching to packing and in between as well as QC and QA.. with that being said each of the four separate times we’ve ordered the chicken on the bone and or off the bone multiple flavors or small order the chicken is relevant to room temperature at best which if cooked and sat would take some time.. which concerns me of possibly issues via poultry.. The wait time is very generous compared to raw to fresh cooked time required.. roughly 7-10min per batch with a commercial setting as you have.. given the 30 minutes wait time allowed for order pickup.. Very possible! I’d enjoy eating here as a alternative choice but due to these results I’ll be holding off for a couple months in hopes the issue is addressed and then I’ll return once more to reevaluate ☝️

I called ahead for a togo order an hour before I was gonna be there. I told them to go ahead and make it.I didn’t care if it was cold. When I got there, the order was not even tendered to go to the cook. She said it would be ready 1n 20 minutes. Also, did not apologize. She said she did see there on the ticket It was supposed to be ready at such and such time. When they handed me my
bag, I ordered 3 blue cheeses and they were not in the bag. I had to come back in the store to get my blue cheeses that I paid for.

Everything was cold and some how late coming out. Atleast they called to say they didn’t give me all my order too bad it was after I got home. Fries were stale and cold. Wings were cold. Store was clean.
