My two pizzas were ordered online and picked up at the Cambridge Minnesota location. They were exactly what I ordered, and ready at the time I needed them. The female staff who rang me up was awesome.
The one thing I don’t understand about Papa Murphy’s payment policy, is if you’re paying with a credit card, you’re required to prepay want to place an order, but if you do or don’t have a credit card, and you’re going to pay with an EBT/SNAP card you’re not required to prepay and you can just wait and pay when you pick it up?

Went to Papa Murphy’s today and they still had eight minutes to serve and they decided not to help us. We had the $10 coupon but they closed eight minutes early. I had a good review on here from four years ago, but we will never be returning again. The guy at the counter was very rude to my husband.

One star is really a generous. I walked in tonight with nine minutes to spare and found all of the food was removed from the prep lines and they were cleaning the boards. When I asked about it the guy working looked at me and said, “we close in like five minutes” quite rudely. This was the second chance for this location and both times I was made to feel like I should not be there. And when we had called earlier the person who answered seemed quite upset when we asked what the special was. Please correct your sign to clarify that while you close at 8pm you stop making pizzas when you feel like it so people don’t need to feel like crap for trying to feed their family.
