Sunday Dec 7th 7:20pm: Nate was AMAZING!!!!!!! Never in all our years have we had such great service. I know this sounds crazy but we actually got so excited about eating our sandwiches after beacuse His attention to detail and suggestions to our sandwiches literally opened our apatite!! once he got our vibe about how we liked our sandwich instead of being irritated or short or ignoring us like most do he was able to guess our next move on what we were guna say it was actually hilarious and fun. The word “exactly” became our answer after everytime because he was so on it!!! And never i mean never!!!! Dose anyone ever offer if we preferred to do the sauce on the bread before the topping and he did!!!!! We love him!!! And never in all my life did we know about the salt pepper and olive oil or vinegar options at the end! We were like what!!?? That’s a thing? This young man needs a raise!!!!. We told him we wished he was at the steilacoom location by our place. Thank you we enjoyed our dinner so much it was perfection!!!

This Subway location was disappointing due to stale bread, limp and scattered vegetables causing sogginess and too much sauce. I usually visit this location once or twice a week and huge fan of eating healthy sandwiches, but this was the last time I’ll be returning. I wasn’t able to catch the employees name but he was a male. Usually there’s two females working and they make amazing sandwiches.

This Subway store did me so wrong. I ordered $90.00 worth of food on the app for delivery. I NEVER received my food or my refund. The worker had no remorse and did not want to help me at all. I always went to this Subway too. I will NEVER give them another cent. My kids and I were extremely disappointed, we were looking forward to having Subway that night. I still WANT MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came by about an hour before close. There was a sign posted that the employee was in the bathroom to be out in a moment. However, as I was about to leave, the employee came out into the kitchen, wearing headphones and then turned back to go back, presumably to try to close early and not have to take sales. My coworker went up to get us lunch. He stood there for over 10 minutes while the counted inventory! WHAT!? He said the line kept backing up because they couldn’t check anyone out until everything had been counted. TACKY. Once I opened up my 6″ BLT, I see that my bacon wasn’t even warmed up! They literally took it from the cold box onto my sandwich and sent it on it’s way! Seriously?? So I had to take time away from work to go back up to get the thing remade. All the gal said was, “Sorry about that.” WORST customer service at this place. One gal never smiled and was very mono-tone. And the pic attached is the replacement sandwich. Pathetic. McDonal’ds $1 burgers are thicker than this!
