We order here all the time it’s only 10 minutes from us. Tonight’s food was old and rated freezer burned. It smelled bad as well. Stopped and got dinner for the family tonight. I usually like the spicy tuna bowl but it was I absolutely terrible. The tuna was just a pink runny mess, mush with hard rice under it. The avocado I added was pretty ripe and had a strange taste? I don’t know how to describe it. Like they washed in sink water or something. Anyways, moving on to the goyoza it’s not goyoza it’s a mushy nasty egg roll wrapped in goyoza wrap. It was cooked so long it looks like chicken tenders. Gross. And my favorite “L” of the night was the cashier who was rude slow and literally lacked the communication skills to provide the sauce that’s supposed to come with the meal. Horrible attitude. And it’s dirty like a lot. Just don’t eat here…

The food is good but they won’t stop hanging up on me and ignoring my calls! Every time. So then I get there and walk in expecting it to be busy and no… Not a single person at the counter. Three times I’ve hsd this happen. In the last month. Seriously if the phone is broken get rid of it. Or whoever isn’t answering the calls.

Place doesn’t look all that clean. My son’s cucumber roll was falling apart and had one chunk of cucumber. I got a spicy tuna bowl, it was gross and plain. First time going and my last. The one table occupied on a Friday night should have been a sign. Sucks that after a long week all I wanted was to treat myself for dinner and now I’m out $35 and still hungry.

Ordered a spicy tuna bowl, however, asked for a substitution of regular tuna by which the cashier responded “I don’t see a button for that.” Therefore, I asked if she could inquire however she refused. I learned from this experience that what’s on the menu are your only options so if you’re OK with that, then you’re good.

I was seriously looking forward to my meal when I got home… but this is what I got.
A nasty pile of mush with absolutely no flavor!
I know what I ordered ( spicy tuna bowl with veggies), but that was not what I tasted. The sweet chili edamame, rubbery, and the “egg rolls” are spring rolls and really soggy.
At least you won’t need a doggy bag to take it home, just a vomit bag.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I’ve come here a lot in the past. But unfortunately this time I had a sharp metal shaving in my daughter’s sushi plate. I’ve never seen this before and it was scary. My daughter’s just two years old and if I hadn’t seen the metal shaving there it could have ended badly! That’s not acceptable and I felt like I had to post this review so that they hopefully address this issue for the future. I’d hate to see a customer choke on metal shavings! It’s dangerous. And after this experience I may not go there again. But at the very least they did return me the money for that plate which I feel was the right thing to do at the very least.

The customer service at this place is exceptional. The quality of food is fresh and made to order. We ordered the chicken and beef bowls, as well as Yakisoba. The portion sizes are very generous so that we could not finish all the food, as we were too full. The restaraunt is clean and inviting. You won’t be disappointed if you give Yogi’s Grill a visit.
