They are stingy with the prepared food… stingy with the amount/proportions. You pay extra $$$ for add ons and barely get anything. Tables are always dirty. Paid extra for banana peppers, there’s maybe 2 pieces inside.

Worst Experience with Employee and Manager

I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent experience left me no choice. During a recent visit to Wawa I encountered not only an unprofessional employee but also a manager who was dismissive and unwilling to address the issue.

The employee interacted with was rude, inattentive, and seemed completely disinterested in assisting me. When I asked a simple question about a product/service, they responded with a sarcastic tone and rolled their eyes. It was clear they had no intention of helping or even treating customers with basic respect.

Hoping to resolve the issue, I requested to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the situation only worsened. Rather than listening and trying to understand my concern, the manager was defensive and dismissive. They barely acknowledged what I was saying and seemed more interested in protecting their employee than resolving the situation.

The entire encounter left me frustrated, disrespected, and questioning how a business can allow this kind of behavior from both frontline staff and leadership. Customer service is the foundation of any successful business, and sadly, this location failed miserably on that front.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers don’t have to endure the same disappointing experience. HER NAME IS NURIA‼️ and the manger in the back picture I didn’t get her name unfortunately but you can see how see looks.

Another Tesla car parked in the charger spot without charging. Taking away precious charging space. Notice it’s windows down and abandoned..why is there cops every morning but never call tow for this. Unacceptable Wawa enforce the parking including disability parking. Else I am charging by the Wendy’s in bird road.

I walked in wanting tea, and didn’t even have to search for it, as this amazing staff member, Shey, introduced himself to me, and showed me an impressive variation of teas. I got such a good impression of Wawa, due to this stellar salesman! I will shop here more in the future, because of Shey.

On 12/19 in morning we want to get ice and some coffee we where greeted with a gentlemen that was cleaning the soda machine he has a disability he was so polite and helpful. Im glad that Wawa inclusive and doesn’t discriminate. ♥️ thank you Wawa.

Everyone at the counter is rude, and you have to wait on their time to get checked out. They have no sense of urgency, you say good morning and nothing, you say thank you and they are just rude. This location needs shut down asap!!!! New management is needed and get people that want to work. I have been a manager for a huge corporation for over 15 years and what I have seen I wouldn’t keep one employee there.

Read the entire review, it’s short. I love Wawa and I come here every other day. They decided to card customers for age restricted items, I agree, no issues. But I have gotten angry attendants when I say I don’t want my ID (Driver License) scanned. I have no issues providing proof of ID but why the need to scan, not everyone is OK with the scan practice. I have brought this 3 times to the attention of Customer Service and it continues. The food and availability at Wawa are amazing but since they started demanding scan of the ID the customer service has declined in a not good manner. When they fix this practice and start providing more attentive customer service I will edit my review, until then, I neither recommend nor not recommend.

It’s frustrating that everyone charging their electric car in the back of the store has to walk all the way around to enter the store. Why do the doors have to be locked? This neighborhood is not unsafe.

How hard could it be to keep one customer with Red Bulls daily? They’re always out of the specials and never out of the full price stuff. I’m so sick of the store always making excuses for not doing their job right they have a whole wall full of Red Bull but anything on Special is never available. It’s probably tactically done, but I am also done with coming to this place and finding out that they can’t even keep one person just one in Red Bull. I hate this place. I wish it would permanently close absolute waste of space here.
