Bar staff was very nice, but the bar lacked the spirits to make two of the signature cocktails. Why even have them on the menu? I opted for an old fashioned that was far too sweet. Also found it weird that I was brought the check without asking if I’d like something else.
The ambiance is nice as long as there’s no live music. The sax guy is talented, but it was so loud my ears were aching

I asked for a menu, but the bartender wasn’t very welcoming. He mentioned they don’t have a menu for which I wasn’t sure about, so I ended up leaving disappointed. Improving customer engagement and friendliness would enhance the overall experience.

I had a great time on 08/27/2023 sipping on a mock tail and listening to an amazing Saxophone player, Eddie Baccus Jr. Steve, the bar server was great! People were all having a great time! It was not crowded. I heard the Sax player from another area in MGM and the rich tones drew me to the upper level to “Lobby Bar”! So glad I stopped by! Great musician. Great sound! Great repertoire!

Great Service.
Relaxing atmosphere but at times can loud and wild if there is live music.
I was there on a hot afternoon and was craving a Rum drink.
The bartender recommended a Bahama Mama.
It was the best Bahama Mama I can recall having… even compared to ones I have had in New Orleans.
I really must have been craving.
Thank You Phillip for a great drink.

Terrible table service. Took an hour just for the server to ask what we wanted despite multiple requests with the waitress and management for service. The bartenders were excellent but otherwise the service was unacceptable. Tables that arrived after us had already finished their food and drinks by the time the waitress was even willing to put in our order.

Since my first review was taking down here it goes again. I would give zero stars if I could because my husband and I had 2 drinks in the lobby while we were staying at the MGM Grand and my second drink had glass in it. Yes Glass that I was picking out of my mouth. All that was offered was our drink bill taking care of which was only 4 between us both and my one was the one with the glass in in. Oh and a $50 voucher for food that we didn’t even use because we were afraid then to even eat there. Pictures below for proof. This was Not acceptable and I’m moving forward with making it right.

Cant think of reason to ever come back to this bar. The staff were just plain disinterested and bordering on rude, the drinks menu has no pricing for spirits, so finding out my Gin& Tonic was $18 came as a bit of a surprise… mind you it doesnt matter if there is a price, the bill doesnt reflect that.. a beer on the menu is $7.50 but then magically becomes $9….but by this stage we just wanted to leave so didnt bother to challenge…. bottom line… there are much nicer, friendlier drinks options… GINGER downstairs for example was FANTASTIC…. up your game guys… you may be bored and disengaged, but people come to your bar, especially before a show, excited, ready to start their evening on a high… #FAIL
