I arrived at the store to pick up my pizza, which I already paid for online. The store was not busy. The manager greeted me, I told her my name and even indicated on the rack where my pizza was. She was boxing another pizza so I waited, but then another employee came in. Apparently a delivery had been messed up. I then stood there for 10 minutes while they tried to figure out the delivery issue with my paid for pizza just waiting on the rack. There was another employee at the store as well. While I was waiting for the delivery dilemma to be resolved, I tried going over to him too and asking for my pizza. He had black earbuds in his ear and either he couldn’t hear me from five feet away or was ignoring me because he never looked my direction. (I believe it was the latter because he was able to chime in about the delivery fiasco.) When I finally did receive my pizza, I realized they didn’t bother to put the garlic butter on the crust either. In October I order a pizza that was supposed to be all pepperoni, half cheese half without. Instead they gave me one totally with cheese and half pepperoni. I’ve noticed there is relatively new shift leadership there and from my experiences they are not the friendliest or most competent.

Pizza was bone dry, no sauce and it tasted off. Barley any garlic Parmesan on crust. Would not recommend. 2 stars because the bread bites were decent.

Dominoes is my favorite pizza because they are consistent and the food taste fresh.
At this Dominoes, near the Falmouth bridge, the gentleman who works there has the best personality, cares about the business and his customers. That is very obvious! It’s the first time I’ve ever been inside but it is the largest and the cleanest by far, of any I have visited. The gentleman who cooks and waits on you is an aasset to the business. I do hope they know that!

My family and I usually each get a mediym pizza cheese crust , pan and thin crust. For 7.99 each. We have always enjoyed this store for past 2 yrs.

The pizza was hot but dried out. It was very greasy. The biggest disappointment was a ordered bbq wings and the presentation was terrible. I literally had to dip each wing in the bbq sauce and then place them in my airfryer.

40 minutes to wait for carry out and I’m on my lunch break. Won’t be able to eat til I’m off work now and I’m starving. I ordered online and still was not getting prepped yet. Say my wait is 5-10 more minutes, I will be late getting back to work and an empty stomach. Lesson learned today I guess!!!
