I didn’t realize the reviews were this bad or I honestly wouldn’t have eaten there. I’m really getting tired of the attitude from some customer service workers handling our food. Why are you so angry? Why can’t you be welcoming, smile, and treat customers with basic respect?
The two girls working today were rude and rushed the whole experience. I’m always kind, I tip, and I understand the job isn’t easy — but don’t bring a bad attitude to work. If you’re going to serve people, at least do it with some care.
If I were the owner and saw these reviews, I’d seriously rethink the management. Customers just want decent service and food made with some pride.

I pass this location several times a week on a dedicated route as a truck driver. Today was my 3rd time stopping in to grab a giant sub. First 2 times it was a pleasant visit but today not so well. After placing my order I went up front to grab a few other things. My order was ready and as the guy got ready to hand me my bag I noticed the giant wasn’t cut in half. I politely asked if he could cut it in half for me. I immediately noticed some sort of attitude because of the way he handled my food. He “throws” the bag on the counter, take out the sub ball the bag up and throws it on the floor missing the trash can. He does the same with the sub wrapping. At this point I’m just watching him not saying a word UNTIL he re-wrap the first half and literally throws it to the side along with the other half. There’s two young ladies that’s there as well but have their back towards him and don’t see what I see. After seeing him just throwing my food I then say something. I asked “you’re doing all that and handling my food that way just because I asked can you please cut my sub in half”. I then asked for a refund and the two young ladies refused and told me “I’m taking it the wrong way, that is how they do it”. My experience today was totally unacceptable. If an employee is having some personal issues at home or wherever, they should not be coming in to work bringing that energy into the workplace. SIDE NOTE: My 19yr old daughter works for JJ and I called and asked her is it some kind of special thing JJ does after making a sub. She had no ideal what I was talking about.

Im a former pic for jj and my friend and I just stopped here for a quick bite. It was anything but quick, and they werent slammed. Must have been a lazy sunday, but based on the rating im guessing not. Even ordering ahead they didnt start making my friends order until he was in there for 5-10 minutes.

Never had Jimmy John’s before. We decided to try because we were in the mood for a sub. Taste was good, bread was good, but to say that they weight the meat is not true. We ordered the largest sandwich for $16, the pepe. Ham and cheese. We had 4 paper thin pieces of ham and 4 thin slices of cheese. I really think they put the same amount on every size sandwich. I would think the largest sandwich would have a little more meat, but I guess not. Employees were very nice. Tables needed to be cleaned, my husband cleaned our spot. Hopefully they can get their act together and figure out how to make a sub.

Jimmy johns is my fav fast food.. but this place i guess didn’t care about mobile order sequence. I placed my order, walked across the trucking parking lot, went to the bathroom, noticed when I got to their area they had a long line. I politely waited until the 10 guests went through then went up to ask if my mobile order was ready. I was told it’ll be a few minutes. I had to wait over 15 minutes while all the in store orders were filled before I got my food. I’m sorry but shouldn’t the mobile order makes for ASAP be filled before register orders 5-10 minutes later?
The food was good when I got it though.

Ordered inside, no line took maybe five minutes to order and to get food. Cashier was nice, the male making bread have excellent customer service. Food was good.
