The staff always does a fantastic job! The food always looks and tastes great, this Pizza Hut has nailed it every time I order! I’ve been ordering from this location for the last year and a half, and before that I hadn’t ordered from Pizza Hut for many years, but they’ve made me a believer.

I ordered the triple treat box and waited an hour past the guaranteed time for my order. I placed the order at 5 and didn’t get home until 7 to eat, and I didn’t even get my food in the advertised holiday box I expected. I love Pizza Hut, but it’s hard to justify going back when all other pizza franchises manage to get my order on time except this one.

Easily the worst food experience I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered ahead of time. They told me to show up in forty five minutes. I did. Then I proceeded to wait for an hour and 30 minutes in the parking lot. The pizza sucked on top of it all. never go here unless you hate yourself. The staff should be ashamed.

Zero idea who has the blue Chrysler s200 with the super dirty windows. But, driving all over the damn road, on your phone, breakchecking me with my damn kids in the car is wild. You just turned onto 156th ida to deliver an order. I could have followed you to the dang house you were going to. You literally have a company on the top of your car. Shouldn’t be working for anything delivery. Terrible.

Pizza was pretty good as were the regular bread sticks. However, the cheese sticks were abysmal. Never enough cheese and always overcooked. If this was a sit-down establishment they would never bring them to the table. E-mailed corporate and still no response.

Ordered pepperoni and was went a cheese pizza. Wings worthy no honey bbq sauce. Called and got an answering service that was closed. Gonna stick to Casey’s pizza.

Over the past year there has been new management and the quality of service has declined. When there are delays with the order the blame is shifted onto the customers. When I turn in feedback requests regarding mistakes with the order, there is no follow up with me. Recently, I made an online order and when I went to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready the order had not even been started yet. I was told to come back later. Nearly 40 minutes later, my order was ready for me. The Book It! rewards are nice, and my kids like the reward, but the overall decline in quality of service makes it not worth it to order from there.

Just my experience with the lady on the phone knocked two stars off of this review. She wasn’t rude there was either a language barrier or phone problems. I won’t ever order from them again. That being said my order was quoted at a 40 minute delivery and it was actually 10 minutes early. It was also hot and delicious and properly cooked and not messed up at all. The driver was also very friendly. It seems that when they’re not busy they’re good to go. Don’t risk it and just go to a different Pizza Hut.
