Food was good. But the service of miss coleins was absolutely terrible. I greeted her and was ignored, she gave me non-stop attitude. She wasn’t helpful, and she did my food with annoyance it was just a terrible experience with her, i go every-once and while and had amazing service but today with miss coleins was not very pleasant. I asked for a name and was also given attitude, terrible customer service on miss coleins.

Had an online order supposed to be ready by 640. Came to pickup, got here by 650 and order wasn’t even started. The employee like she could not read or something cause she asked the name on order which I gave to her when I came in and she kept looking and looking and the order was right in front of her which she then had to show it to me. Another customer came in and the employee was kinda rude to her. There should not be only 1 employee at this location. She had about 2 people ahead of me. What’s the use of an online order when you have to wait awhile.

When I got here, there was no one in front of me in line, but I guess the lady who was making the food was doing online orders, because she really took her time. And, there was also a really sketchy dude in there. I guess she was fine with it though. Anyways, the food was pretty good, and pretty cheap as well. The cashier here is definitely way nicer than the Subway down by Olympia and the Walmart .

On numerous occasions, I have frequented this subway due to its proximity to my friends’ residence. Today, on May 19, 2025, I entered the subway and encountered an older woman engaged in her work. She exhibited a pushy and annoyed demeanor, expressing her displeasure that we were present at 5:39 pm seeking food. When we failed to respond promptly, she huffed and puffed, repeatedly rolling her eyes.

Sunday eve 3/30/25, been coming here for years, lady working was rude to me and other customers, got my order completely wrong, barked at me and other customers, I tried to be very pleasant to get her to smile but that wasn’t happening. Subway has become the ‘new McDonald’s’ to be teated like garbage. Nowdays you go into a Subway to wait 30 mins to get served with the worst attitude from the person making your sandwich. She literally told me “You want me to do all that? I am not required to do that” after I asked if she could take some of the insides of the bread out. Which mind you I always ask for…The 3 people before me all left upset for different reasons and 1 even left a full served order behind because of her attitude. She also made me a foot long when I asked for 6 inch sub. Then they ask for ‘tip’ and here is one, STOP BEING SO RUDE TO PEOPLE!

2 girls at the register, 2 in line and me. One person making sandwiches and waited in line for 30 minutes while she took her little ole time making the spanish man sandwiches. She didn’t even welcome me and advise me of the wait. Very rude lucky i’m patient
