I’m very openly a “Karen” hater, so I hate to leave this review, but I just feel that it needs to be seen.
Every other time I’ve come to this location, the food has been good. Everything had always been cooked perfectly. Except for tonight.
I don’t know if they’ve recently hired someone who just doesn’t give a damn about their job or what, but something is up. I placed an order about an hour before they closed since I didn’t make it to the location of my first dinner choice before closing. I used a coupon for a free large cheese pizza and ordered four bags of crazy bread, which came up to a total of $20. I hadn’t eaten much and was starving, so I opened one of the crazy bread bags to sneak a stick before getting home. But when I looked in the bag, the crazy bread hadn’t been cut. You could see on the top where they apparently “attempted” to cut it up, but it was only cut about halfway through, so the sticks were just one big piece of oval bread. I didn’t mind that much because it was still good, maybe a tad bit undercooked, but I just thought it was funny. When I got home, my mom peeked into another bag and just set it down, turned away, and started laughing. I looked into it, and it was SO overcooked I couldn’t believe it. I have never been served such badly prepared food in my life. And the cherry on top, the overcooked bag wasn’t cut either. I split it open and the inside was so dry. The third bag was overcooked, not as much as the second one but still pretty bad, and the last bag was normal. So two out of four of our crazy bread orders were overcooked and ALL of them were uncut. At least the pizza was normal. ♀️
I’ve been to this location a few times and every one of those times the food was great. I don’t know what happened tonight, but it needs to be dealt with.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. This is the slowest location I’ve been to. Every single time. I’ve come here the past 5 times and waited 20-25 minutes passed the promised pick up time. This location should’ve have never opened.
Mind you they don’t wear gloves when dealing with the dough

Worst ICB ever made. I knew I should’ve just stayed with the Jefferson store but went with this one cause it was closer to my route. I ordered a simple pepperoni ICB. Came out with a cheese ICB with 60 pepperonis thrown on there because they forgot to add them before going in the oven. I tried to eat the pepperonis but them were like chips. When did yall start selling the extra most bestest ICBs??

Ordered through the app. My order was missing two items. I call DoorDash and I’m directed to call this place. I get put on hold for two minutes after someone picks up and then get hung up on. Have to call an additional six times before someone picks up again.
The lady there proceeds to take zero responsibility for the error with my order, no problem solving at all. I try to get a refund on the two items since my order was missing them and she says they can’t do it. So I paid full price for three items and only got one item for my trouble? That’s the type of service they have at this place and they take no accountability for it, either.
Don’t waste your time with these people.

Since they have opened this location, we have eaten there almost every week. The staff are friendly and quick with orders. Everything we have ordered has been top quality, would be nice to have some pepperoni hot n’ ready pizzas available but it’s not going to stop me from coming back, that’s for sure!
