Did an Uber eats pick up, ordered at 12:16, claimed to be done 15-30 minutes afterwards got there at 12:40 they didn’t even know about my order and then when they found it they claimed they were just waiting on fries but I waited while the made the whole order. AND the order was wrong. Ordered no lettuce and no tomato and got both anyways.

Service was good but I most definitely got food poisoning from this establishment. I asked if any of their product hasn’t been checked and was instantly denied saying I must have gotten a “bug” from somewhere. Even though they are the only different sort of food I’d eaten in months. To not even take time to check dates while on the call shows negligence and a dismissal of what I’d gone through. That being vomiting and diarrhea all day long. First time at this location and definitely the last.

Literally pulled a long hair out of my chicken cordon sandwich. Called the store and they want me to drive back across town at 9pm at night to return a sandwich instead of attempting to make it right. I don’t have time to waste to call Penn station to lie about a hair in my sandwich. I also don’t have time to waste to drive it back. The manager of this office pretty much told me I was a liar because there was no one there with long hair. None of the staff had hair nets on or anything to cover the beards in there. So if you would like a hairy sandwich stop at the Penn station on ironwood !
