Attempted to place a call in order for 30 mins straight and no answer. Drove to airport location and it was not busy. 2 people (family of workers) ahead of us, placed our 1 taco plate order which was $20 for a 4 birria tacos and 1 sprite and waited 28 mins. Gentleman drove up 15 mins after us and got his order at the same time we got ours. Got home opened up the birria tacos and they had little to no meat. The little meat it did have could not even cover the bottom of the shell. This place was my #1 for birria but I will not be returning. Quality of the birria tacos is non existent. I can not speak on the others plates or items.

This food truck is delicious! Santa Fe is pricey, so expect to spend a bit more on food, but it is worth it! The food portions are big too! So you’ll have tasty left overs. I ordered tacos Al pastor and my brother ordered the Torta Cubana. Service was fast and friendly. They have diet friendly foods also. 10/10 recommend coming here. Thank you Fusion Tacos for the experience.

I work in the area and call in orders at least once a week. every now and again a lady answers that doesnt speak great English today she couldn’t tell the difference between chicken and salmon. I tried to spell it and she hung up on me and now they wont answer my calls, but they just answered my gf number when she called. completely unprofessional.
