If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pizza in the evening around 6:30. Didn’t get tracking confirmation that my pizza was being made until 7:15. By 7:30 I try calling to see what is going on with my pizza and never get to talk to a person, just on hold for 10 minutes. Eventually I give up and go to the store to get food instead. At 9:15 I get a notification that my pizza has been made and has been picked up and on the way. At 9:45, 3 hours after I ordered, gave up, got alternate dinner and ate it, a pizza is delivered by a door dash driver. I walk inside and I realize it is the wrong pizza. I walk outside to give it back to the drive and he has already pulled out of my drive way and sped off.

Please give these guys a raise! Especially whoever makes the pizza! Pizza tastes so much better than other Marcos locations. Maybe it’s the owner who makes sure the pizza ingredients are perfect! It’s so good that I drive past my local Marcos to get to this location! I’ve been going there for years!

How in the heck I order 8 pizzas online then show up to get them and now you want to tell me you are out of pizza on a Tuesday at 1130. Never will go back and will tell everyone I know to not go back. Always have been good pizza but customer service sucks . When the order came up they had my phone number they should have called me . I have 12 people waiting to eat lunch.

Pizza was good. Store seems disorganized and dirty. Management can do a better job with the interior appearance of the store.

Update of 10/29 – minimal staff and the kitchen seems dirty. Only 1 person at the store doing everything.

Ordered the Hawaiian pizza and garlic Parmesan wings via door dash. Neither box had seal tape on them to prevent tampering. Pizza box was so full of grease/oil to the point it had soaked all the way through, and I mean it was extremely soaked. Pizza crust was so soggy we couldn’t even distinguish it from the toppings. The overall flavor was awful, and by far this was the worst tasting pizza I’ve had in my life, and I’m 70. The sauce on the wings was awful and uneatable. I’ll never order from ANY Marco’s pizza ever again.

The whole experience top to bottom was a WEIRD mess. Ive been to this location just a couple of time over the last few years and the one I had today will go down as probably the oddest experience I’ve had at a restaurant ever. I show up almost 15 mins after my ordered said it would be ready and after I get into the place, I’m ‘greeted’ by a rude, very confused looking young female employee who asks my name and says my order is still baking but on its way out. No problem I wasn’t really in a rush, but I waited an additional 10 mins and finally she calls my name and just hands me the pizza and since I was paying cash I said.. well now I have to pay for it don’t I….? She barely looked at me and just left and I stood there a sec and she comes back and I hand her my money and starts making change only to stop and just stand there and stare into the money drawer, not saying anything. For a good minute. I’m thinking what is going on right now.. she then tells me to check the pizzas make sure they’re good. Um ok..? At this point I’m ready to just get out of there. As she is still making my change she’s again confused so I said don’t worry about the small coins, but kept asking me if I wanted my dollars. Man it was so awkward and unsettling, something about that whole experience weirded me out. But of course I go home only to look at one of the pizzas in my order and not surprised how the toppings were just raw and thrown on top, as well as limp noodle dough. Wow. Hopefully someone can step in and guide their operation with a standard beyond mediocre. Marcos pizza really used to have a great reputation for quality. It’s a shame to see establishments like this loosing pride in their work and honestly. I don’t know if they’ll see this but a refund would be greatly appreciated on this end since your phone lines are conveniently down. Thank you.

Seems to be a good location.Everything I have ever ordered has been good but it could probably be better.The employees have always been friendly and the restaurant looks clean.Its my opinion that the sandwiches are very pricey for what you actually get.I have never called ahead and they are always very quick on getting my order ready.
