New store, stunning and clean; absolutely delicious and impeccable service!!! The menu is so delicious!!! My husband had never been to a haagen dazs shop and it’s his favorite ice cream EVER so this was a dream come true and will be his last stop on any trip out east before heading home.

I really wanted to like this place. Super clean. Charged me almost $2 for the tiniest smear of hot fudge rather than admit they were out. Then literally nickel and dimed me so they wouldn’t have to break a twenty by nagging me until I scrounged for 32 cents.
The ice cream was good but the topping should not have been charged if they couldn’t provide a decent amount and the change issue was probably because they didn’t have change I’m guessing?
No prices listed ANYWHERE. Or any menus/offerings. Are we supposed to guess? Or is it supposed to be a surprise at the register?
There are other, better options for a lot cheaper elsewhere Thats support local businesses rather than big, overpriced chain.

Best ice cream spot in Farmingdale! Very clean and kind service! We Had the peppermint bark ice cream with the cone, vanilla chocolate ice cream and 2 dazzlers!! Delicious!!

I had a great time at the Häagan-Dazs here, the service was amazing, and they even provided a coupon for the first couple days of opening! The strawberry cheesecake flavor is delicous, and has real strawberries in it. I ordered the Cookies and Cream milkshake, and it was delicious. I love the environment too.

Stopped in after dinner for dessert. Facility was super clean. We were greeted by a friendly staff. Nikita was awesome. She suggested we try the salted briwn butter cookie and it eas awesome! Wound up getting two scoops – chocolate chip and brown butter cookie. Was delish!

The Hagaan Daz Store in Farmingdale is amazing. The staff is very friendly and courteous. It is clean and very bright. You can even have your delights inside in their fancy tables and chairs. It’s a must visit. I am coming back for the cakes. You can also place a mobile order for your convenience.

We are SO glad that there’s finally some decent ice cream in this neighborhood, and it couldn’t be run by a wonderful dude!! We met the owner, Aman and Nikita , when this spot first opened up and they both are so nice! And to top it all off, the ice cream is fantastic. Welcome to the neighborhood!!!!

I have lived in Farmingdale my whole life, and have never had an ice cream store that has great hours. I’ve been in this store twice now and both times I had a wonderful experience. Yes, the ice cream is AMAZING! But, the employees are the real stars in my book. They are personable, friendly, and provide such quality customer service. They make me want to come back again and again. As someone who has loved Häagen-Dazs since they could eat ice cream, the ice cream here is even better than it is at the grocery store. And the homemade whipped cream is divine! And I usually don’t like whipped cream. I really hope this business makes out in my town. I highly recommend!!!!! My favorite ice cream here is Dulce De Leche with whipped cream on top! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!!

Häagen-Dazs had amazing service with an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive, and they went above and beyond by treating my dog wonderfully — even giving him a pup cup, which he absolutely loved. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more special. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location for both great service and hospitality.
