They have beer. The rice is so good here. The caldo de res is yummy. Chips and salsa is available if you done in. They have a few different varieties of salsa. Except to wait a bit for your food. But it’s worth the wait. Sodas are fountain drinks or Mexican sodas in a bottle. Music is slightly louder so it makes having a conversation difficult.

Salsa will make you sweat but it has great flavor!

THE PARKING LOT ENTRANCE HAS NO SIGNS ABOUT “NO TRUCK PARKING!”
I parked my tractor in the lot, PROPERLY, and never had a problem.

I ordered the two fish taco plate. Beans and rice were flavorful. The tacos were a big portion filled to the brim! I was really surprised with the taste, quality, and portion size. Went through the drive through and didn’t wait long. Staff is professional and friendly. I’m looking forward to trying another dish!

I sat outside on a great AZ day in February on their covered patio…just what I needed this morning. Had an omelet with carne asada inside. It was like a burrito without the carbs! Beans were eh…but the rice was better. $3 add-on for the carne asada in the omelet. Assuming it was 4 oz of meat, that’s about $12/lb. That’s feels like the going rate for that cut of meat.

We tried Federico’s for the first time tonight. We ordered take out. There was a lot of food! Quantity I’d give 5 stars. We ordered combo #2 – two taco meal. Excellent meat, beans and rice but hard to eat. Tasty though. Combo #21 – pollo asado. Fantastic taste and quality, plus left overs. Combo #7 -two beef burritos. My husband got ground beef alternative and it was a little sweet tasting for him but good quality and he could only finish one. Combo #3 -two enchiladas. Very good and saucy. And finally, 3 rolled tacos w/ guacamole. They were ok. A little hard and greasy but there was tasty meat inside. Overall a lot of grease, so napkin up. Sum up – a LOT of consistently good and greasy food. Fair prices. Clean restaurant. Excellent and friendly service. Dangerous to my diet.
