The meat was ‘technically’ cooked well, good texture and thoroughly prepared. But that’s the best I have to say. There wasn’t much flavor at all in the brisket, including smoke. There was NO smokey flavor, which I would have assumed should be thoroughly present at a place CALLED “Smokin Bull”.. the ribs were a bit greasy, but once again, ‘technically’ cooked “properly” aside from the fact there was nearly no flavor and once again, NO smokey flavor at all. Tasted like they were cooked in an oven. I suggest using wood and spending a little more time on the cooking and preparation of the ribs to accrue more flavor. The macaroni and cheese was a bit bland, but definitely cheesy. But the potato salad was soured! Like it had sat out in the sun or something for a while, just tasted like it’d gone bad! For the prices they charge I’d have expected a LOT better food, and more experience in the cooking process. I wish the best for a new place like this but as of right now, I have no plans of returning.

Better than any restaurant locally with the convenience of it being right down the road. Everything has delicious flavor and is fresh. Brisket is tender and melts like butter in your mouth. Mac and Cheese is the real deal, no pre-made box mess. The mashed potatoes are so good we ordered a tray for our Thanksgiving meal! The workers are pleasant, always have a smile, and will go above and beyond to provide the quality of service everyone hopes for. We eat here regularly and hope they never move!

I’ve had their Judges platter and it’s a good amount of food for the price. Feeds a family of 4. Great brisket and ribs in that bundle. Also have ordered a ham and smoked turkey from them for Thanksgiving which was a hit. Good food,kind people, will visit again!

We got the Bodacious Nachos and they were amazing! This is a meal you make a point to eat again!! Everything was so flavorful and the order was huge! We could have split the order and had plenty, especially since we got an order of the banana pudding. It was also delicious! We were very pleased with everything and will be back!

10/25/23 – Food Truck in Cabot not the actual restaurant. Holy Smokin Bull! I decided last minute (6:40pm) to stop at this food truck. I ordered a pulled pork sandwhich with the sweet bbq sauce and mac and cheese. This pulled pork sandwhich was devine! I am really picky about BBQ and this sandwhich nailed it. The pork was cooked to perfection. Wasn’t greasy or dry. The sauce was not to sweet and not to spicy, it was just right. Serious goodness. The Mac and cheese was decent, not my favorite but I ate it all 🙂 I usually post a picture of my meal but scarfed it down so quick that I forgot to take before picture! Try them, you won’t be disappointed! Looking forward to trying more of their menu items the next time they are back in Cabot.

Got pulled pork on bun with sweet sauce & potatoe salad. Was a little gamey and wish the pork could’ve been tossed in the sauce instead of having to pour it on sandwich. Overall not the worst I’ve had, but could leave more to be desired.
