Never again.
I usually order from here once a week. The last three pizzas have shown up looking like they were tossed into the car and driven at high speed to my house.
Now I know why: when the delivery person took them out of the bag to hand them to me, they literally turn the bag sideways and slide the boxes out.
I questioned this method, as I did not see it the last few times. When I told them that may not be the best way to handle pizza I was given an attitude.
Don’t worry, there’s more.
I called to talk to a manager and have them resolve the problem: there’s no manager working. I asked how they were going to fix it: I can give you the managers phone number…
Nope. For how much pizza costs these days, I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
It’s a shame because the pizza is one of the better ones I can find in the area.
Good luck Pizza Cucina, you’re going to need it. Because ever since the name change earlier this year your service has gone nowhere but down.

We love The Pizza Cucina! I’ve tried their pizza many times, and everytime I am happy. The new owners definitely know the secret to a good pizza. The sausage pizza is hands down one of my favorites — the crust is perfectly cooked with that crispy bite. If you love thin crust, this is definitely the place to go.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with a super clean bar and tons of TVs. It’s a great spot to hang out after a busy day and get some good Za. I’ll definitely continue supporting and using this business in the future. Highly recommend checking them out!

This place is amazing!!! If I could give it more stars I would.. They are under new management and worth checking out, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be coming back. We had the pizza and my daughter had the chicken strips and fries. She is very picky and hard to take her anywhere but Wendy’s and she gave it two thumbs up. Don’t forget to save some room for the cinnamon bites!!! It is like mini cinnamon with the icing. They would even be great to take home for breakfast for the next morning.

Food was terrific. We had bone in wings and cheese curds for appetizers—excellent. Sausage and pepperoni pizza— awesome. Followed by deep dish cookie. everything was served quickly by a friendly server-Kirsten. Oscar welcomed us like family and Francisco was making sure everything was meeting our expectations. We will be frequent customers.

We heard this establishment was under new management so my husband and I thought we would check it out! Pizza was awesome! We had Oscar help us out and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! We will definitely be back it is a must try people! Good pizza – be sure to check them out. I did takeout. The place is still under construction. Overall, enjoyed the pizza and it was ready pretty quickly after ordering online.

Still fixing it up but boy o boy was the pizza good! Abundance of toppings and hot and the sizes are perfect. Super great place to stop in for lunch or dinner…oh and the dessert was free!! Will definitely be back.

We phoned in our large sausage and a small gluten free cheese. Gluten free on the small was emphasized and confirmed.
Upon picking up the pizzas my husband once again confirmed the cheese was gluten free and it was not….. our granddaughter has Celiacs and if we had not questioned it – she would have had a serious reaction.
When the manager asked the staff who took the order a guy in the back laughed and said “me” – not amusing at all to us!
The food tasted good – maybe a bad night but things seemed a bit chaotic on a slow night.
I don’t normally write a bad review but if you order gluten free please triple check your order.
