Many of us have a story about learning to cook from a family member, often a parent or grandparent. For Angela Gonzales, being part of a family of restaurant owners, cooking was ingrained early. She spent much of her childhood in her parents’ restaurant, often in the office watching TV on a mattress. Angela’s daily routine included getting off the school bus in front of the family restaurant.

Excellent experience. We used to go a long time ago and I’m so glad that we came back yesterday for lunch. The food was amazing. Our server Angela was on top of it and was so knowledgeable and wonderful. We will definitely be back! Reasonable prices also in atmosphere is clean and wonderful.

Went here today and ordered a plain cheese quesadilla. Was served with no lettuce tomato or sour cream and the cheese was yellow sliced American cheese. Salsa was Terrible. Canned tomatoes and bell peppers and onion. The puff taco was absolutely DIGUSTING! I ate part of the shell and when asked for check asked her to remove it from ticket. She said no because I ate half. I literally ate part of the Shell. Rude service. Never again!

1st time here. Very nice, friendly. Tv’s for watching games. The food was very genuine, Taco Tues was the special, $1.35 ea, as many as you can eat. The beans n rice combo plate was delicious!! Prices are very reasonable!!

So glad I stopped by this afternoon, haven’t been in way too long and I missed it! The food is always good but today it tasted even better than usual! Yellow cheese dip and chips yummy & the beef puff taco was amazing!!! Also good to catch up with Angela and staff!

My frozen margarita was mostly ice so I asked the waitress to add some liquid and was charged for another drink We had 6 people celebrating a birthday and each ticket was charged 18 % tip. The waitress was very confused and had to be new. It ruined the birthday lunch for our friend

My husband and I came here to eat dinner on 9/2, Tuesday evening. It was Taco Tuesday. $1.50/taco. We ordered 4 soft shell chicken and 2 hard shelled beef. The hard shells were out of a box. The beef was watered down and had no flavor WHATSOEVER. Seriously, Taco Bell’s tacos are better AND THAT SAYS ALOT. This is not authentic. The queso dip was not good whatsoever.
We got the bill and asked why tacos were not $1.50. Waitress said soft shells are not taco Tuesday. Well, she should have told us. She knew we were there for Taco Tuesday. Wish I would have listened to the reviews. We only went here because we were staying next door in motel for night. So if you are wondering why u didn’t get tip? Stop serving regulars above others. We waited 10 minutes after the guy at bar got his tacos and we ordered 5 minutes before him and tell your customers soft shells are not Taco Tuesday.

the cheese dip is powder and the salsa is from a bottle. it took 50 minutes to get our food. we ordered a taco bowl and a quesodilla. you also have to pay for extra chips. and they charge for a to go box-
