Sticky Syrup
I went here on 9/23. As soon as i got home, I noticed there was visible mold on my donut!! As you can see from the pictures. The donuts were very stale!! When I went back to try and get a refund, the cashier gave me a hard time! The customer service here is terrible!! I do NOT recommend this Dunkin!

Dunkin’ Donuts are not really very good Donuts. I was on a long drive from York, Pennsylvania to Middle Creek, Maryland and needed a little snack on the way home and a couple of donuts and a bottle of was adequate. I prefer Maple Donuts much more because they are a reputable company and their donuts are always fresh and tastes like they were just made as opposed to Dunkin’ Donuts where their donuts taste like their processed through a machine.

This is the Taj Mahal of Baltimore metro Dunkin.
I visited it with my daughter on a cold rainy December Monday morning. The coffee was good; the munchkins were plentiful; and they even had the munchkin with sprinkles on it.

I ordered a croissant sandwich with an iced tea. It was good. I highly recommend you taste your tea before leaving if you get sweet tea. I have found the level of sweetness varies with whomever makes it.

Ordered an ice coffee thru the drive thru. I’ve worked at Dunkin’ Donuts before. I know how the coffee I ordered should taste. This ice coffee that was made for me was not made the way it was supposed to. I ordered a large ice coffee and instead of liquid sugar they gave me regular sugar which was just piled up ant the bottom and I ordered French vanilla but it tastes like there’s no flavor. I would say to please ensure the staff make the coffees the right way because it’s unfortunate that other people are probably dealing with the same issue

Have gone here twice in one week and coffee was wrong both times. Asked for hot coffee and consistently received iced coffee drinks. It’s kinda of sad that this location is not as great as it can be…especially for where they are located. I stopped going here for about a year and was hopeful that things were better. Unfortunately, not so much. On the bright side it did inspire me to make my own coffee at home.(see picture). Also, the bacon avocado toast was good the first time I tried it, however, the second time it was just okay and not exactly like the first time.

I recently wanted to share my experience at my local Dunkin’ Donuts, especially since the new manager took over. It’s clear that the team is running more efficiently and professionally than ever before. They know my order by heart, and they even remember my daughter’s favorite, which adds a personal touch that makes our mornings feel special.
No matter how hectic the morning rush gets, the staff remains friendly and kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere that really brightens my day. I appreciate how they handle the chaos with grace, always making sure to greet every customer with a smile.
I also often stop by in the evenings for a quick coffee and something sweet after a long day. While the evening team is sometimes hit or miss—occasionally distracted by their phones—there are moments when they’re just as wonderful as the morning crew. Despite the inconsistencies, I keep coming back because the overall experience and the quality of service are worth it.

This is the most convenient Dunkin’ for my drive to work. It’s the worst. Every single iced coffee I get tastes like water with a bomb of sugar. I’ve tried altering the amount of vanilla and cream down to 1 pump of some and none of stuff I usually get at any other Dunkin’.
It never looks or tastes like coffee. I wish I could drink hot coffee in the summer.
EDIT 9-29-2021: tried to give this a shot. Again. Tastes like sugared watery milk.

Long wait time in driver through (at window, no line). Girl that gave us our drink and food didn’t give us a soda that we ordered at the speaker. We asked for it and she said we didn’t order it. Instead of saying “sorry we didn’t charge you for it” and solving the problem, she just kept making a snarky face saying “you didn’t order it.” If you don’t want to solve customer issues, don’t be in customer service.
