Came to burger king tonight to get some “fast food” and wow- what a treat. We waited 20 mins in the drive-thur. We sat behind the car at the second window for ten mins before they were finally pulled to the side, only to reach the window and wait another 10 mins. During that time, I watched employees roaming around, standing and watching while other employees struggled to make orders. I called a girl over to the window and asked if she was the manager- she said no. I asked what the problem was, and she replied that there was a lot of orders and they where backed up. I responded that maybe instead of standing around , she could pitch in. Her reply, “I cant do that” she then got the manager, who told me they were short-staffed i counted 7 employees on deck. I own and operate a small food truck and can literally run circles around your staff. I even asked the manager If she wanted to hire me for 50 dollars an hire to train the staff. She declined- but the offer still stands. I remember back in the day when we had timers and a drive-thur time that couldn’t exceed 60 seconds. Whatever happened to that? Let me guess- holding people accountable might hurt someones feelings. The worst part? I paid $48 for this experience only to receive shirnkflation rodeo burgers- smaller patties, smaller buns, cold food, with a side of attitude. Do better burger king.

Dreadful waiting times if you order in person. We waited for 15 mins before ordering. Then another 5 mins before the food was ready. We saw 4 customers leave without ordering during this time.
To be fair, the two employees we dealt with were very nice. However, there seems to be an unbalance between attention paid to drive-thru, on-line, an in-person orders.
We won’t be returning to this restaurant.

This location has become ridiculous. I do not recommend unless you want to sit in a drive-thru longer than it would take you to sit down, order, and eat at an actual restaurant. Sat at the speaker for over 10 minutes before i even got to order. we were skipped over numerous times to order because they apparently can’t do every other speaker properly. It is not brain surgery yet they can’t even get every other car correct. Not to mention this is supposed to be fast food. I had 1 car in front of me at the speaker when I got in line but he was skipped over numerous times. Took a total of 26 minutes to get through the drivr-thru from the time I pulled into the line to getting my food. absolutely ridiculous. Half the time they don’t even get the food right. So you sit longer in a drive-thru than you would to sit down at a restaurant and they can only get it right half the time. Go spend money at an actual restaurant or somewhere like Wendy’s because you’ll never sit like this at Wendy’s. And not even an apology for the wait.

These guys rule. Some know me personally from the old place. God bless Larry Lint. Because of Larry Lint Carpeting, you can order burgers for breakfast. The only 24 hr burger in the area is the best burger. It’s 2025, globa1 warm1ng outed as a hoax. Lets vote with our $ at Burger King til all stores 24/7. This is how America wins! Eat more whoppers.

I would give this Burger King location 0 stars for customer service. I waited 10 minutes by the to-go counter before an employee acknowledged that I was there. It could’ve been longer if they were not staging an order for Doordash. This was not my first bad experience, and I’ve heard from many coworkers that have also felt the wrath of this location’s poor customer service and long lines. Avoid if you are on a timed meal break or if you are a Doordasher at all costs.

Very disappointed, my husband just went to get dinner and came back and my food is WRONG. Was suppose to be 2 PLAIN CHEESE double cheese burgers. Litterally says plain on both the labels but the burgers are definitly NOT just cheese plain… I even took a video and saved it, litterally says on the label of each double cheeseburger that it was suppose to be plain, opened both of them up and sure enough both have everything on them…. Im very picky about my food so now I cant even eat it I get people make mistakes but cmon.

As far as BKs go, this is one of the nicer ones. I mean, it’s Burger King… But the staff are nice, they get your order correct and they have everything, unlike the North Versailles location

I stopped in for a meal tonight 11/16/2025 and was very unhappy with the one bigger gentleman, and the one younger girl working in the back on the fryers and counter. I had to wait a while for my order because they were busy which is fine I dont have a problem with that. The problem is they were not wearing gloves at all thr entire time i was there and proceeded to fill orders actually touching peoples food with no gloves including mine which is disgusting. I saw him touch his face multiple times and then touch food/equipment which from a sanitary standpoint is unacceptable. That alone makes me not want to come back here. I just threw away the mozzarella sticks thr guy fingered up because who knows where that his hands have been. Everyone else working back there is wearing gloves, why weren’t these two individuals? Ive worked in the food industry and I would NEVER touch people’s food with bare hands period for any reason

I’m the type of annoying guy that shows up at 1130 at night 30 minutes before they close and despite that they have always given me good, fresh, hot food. This is definitely the best fast food place around here if you need late night food. Thank you all for dealing with annoying people like me.
