I wanna start by thanking this man and his family outside of the store for convincing us to stay even though we were considering going somewhere else, since we’ve never been and wanted something a bit quicker, but I’ll say it was worth the wait! So thank you, nameless man and his family outside. So! The interior of the store is tiny, but it’s very cute. I like the little mascot characters they have! As for the service, you can order through a little Kiosk off to the right of the entrance. I don’t really mind that since I imagine most of the employees have to focus on getting the orders out. I will say that it took maybe 15 or so minutes, so make sure to stop by here if you aren’t in a rush, it’s worth it! Our drinks were delicious, I got the Red Velvet with poundcake and little fruity pebbles flakes. Once again, highly recommended!

A couple of young kids working there, i told them it was my first time me and my family of 7, they didnt help or explained the menus, i ended up getting only 3 things to try them, food was great but service was awfull. The young lady took my order while looking outside the whole time. It was definetly my last time.

Used to love this place until today. The worker who was at the counter today could not be more rude. Talking over me just after asking a single question and raising her voice bc apparently my questions about the products bothered her. Poor customer service, lack of empathy and awful communications skills. MANAGEMENT- please discuss and correct this behavior or you will continue to loose customers. I hope this does not goes unseen.

Very expensive prices 16 only cup 16oz and on the screen does not say the prices. Dubai is very expensive and it tastes not good. It is more only has strawberries and the chocolate is super hard a few pistachios. I thought it was a frappe and it made my stomach feel bad.
