Ordered here12/5/25… paid 4.99+4 for a 2 mile delivery that I had to go and get myself from downstairs. Asked for ranch didn’t get it. No napkins.. $36.. ( chik fil a would’ve been absolutely fine with me) House fried rice is a joke.. 3 shrimp… loaded with mushrooms to make it look like beef.. chicken wings are nasty! Owners are kinda rude. I don’t eat Chinese food but my husband insisted on it. I explained to him why I don’t give my money to them.. they are masters of ripping off people. That’s how they become wealthy.. they load food up with MSG.. and serve us what they won’t even eat! I’m made I even let him talk me into it. I haven’t eaten it in over 6 years… and I think I’ve changed as well.

Since we are not locals, and this place was near by after checking the reviews we decided to give a shot even we see the reviews. I ordered the chicken lo-mein, basic Chinese takeout and it was tasteless, cheap on quantity of chicken and the noodles wasn’t right . In my opinion, if you make bad on basics famous takeout like lo-mein the others can be good as well.

We had an horrible experience. One the driver never approached our door to notify us they were outside. The only reason we looked at the window was because the wait time was extremely long. The manager then called we a nasty unprofessional attitude. They hired a person that expects the customer to come to the car and get the food. Food was horrible we asked for a mountain dew we got two Pepsi. Guys please stop ordering from this place get your money’s worth. If we could we would give this place a one.

Went to grab dinner this evening. I had the sesame chicken with house fried rice, along with a order of braised boneless wings. Everything was delicious, and very flavorful. Plenty of spacious seating to dine in.

Ordered for pick up. Food was ready on my arrival. Fresh and hot. It was exactly as I requested. This place has been here for ages and I used to order from here when I was in college. I’ve known China Wing Basket since I was a teenager, back when they were farther down North Main. The food has always been delicious, and even now it tastes just like I remember.
But the customer service has gone downhill over the years. My biggest issue is that they never give enough sauce or condiments, even when I ask for extra. I would gladly pay for more if that’s what it takes—but it still never seems to happen. And every time something is wrong with my order, it just gets frustrating.
I’m really in a dilemma, because the food is good, but the service is consistently disappointing. I keep telling myself I’m going to stop eating here… and then somehow, I find myself coming right back.

This was some good Chinese food. I wasn’t a fan of the egg roll. I ordered 10 wings with chicken fried rice. The wings were cut. The taste was good they were fresh and flavorful. The rice was the best part, it has chunks of chicken in it. Very fresh and tasteful. I will try some different the next time i visit.

Went there today got the beef lomein with onions and carrots and it was not to my liking it was dry and no flavor! Everybody can’t make lomein but that was my first and last time and the prices are ridiculous they overcharge you it’s not worth it

Decently priced but meal was flavorless. I had the bourbon chicken with egg fried rice and wife had hawaiian chicken with white rice. Neither dish had any taste and I personally would not recommend.
