DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! If I could give zero stars I would. By far one of the worst Starbucks I’ve visited. I am staying at a nearby hotel and didn’t want to drive to my usual place, instantly regretted my decision. The girl taking my order was rude as Hell, didn’t listen to me at all. Drinks taste like they were rushed, no flavor, and didn’t add anything I requested. Get to the window, not even a hello. She basically threw the drinks at us, and slammed the window closed before I could say a word. Ended up throwing the dinks out and driving to my usual place because I didn’t want to go back, because I am so PO’d I would probably be arrested.

This morning my friend and I visited this Starbucks. It is located on Route 120 just east of Route 45. This is a new Starbucks which opened in October 2024. Since it is new everything is fresh and new. The layout of the seating, tables and ordering area is different than the other Starbucks in the area. Parking is adequate. Had a outdoor seating area. The employees were friendly and engaging. Our drinks were good and my friend said his bagel was good too. I met Marlene the manager. She was friendly and personable. Overall a great Starbucks.

I’ve had the worst experience at this starbucks. it could be because it is new and they may not have everyone trained however, they are the worst at making the drinks, ive given it a few tries now and everytime they never mix the drinks properly.. i will no longer be going here even tho its a 2 minute drive from me. i rather drive further and ensure that ill get my drink made the right way.
