+: Good atmosphere, authentic food.
BUT
-_ Poor serving sizes, my girlfriend and I finished our plates within less than 2 minutes and were still hungry. As we complained they jokingly told me they could make me another tiny plate but would not offer the same to my girlfriend.
Long story short: We paid (40 € !!! no tips included) and left the restaurant hungry and really upset. Definitely not coming back again.

The place is amazing, very clean and nicely styled, the room is huge and never too crowded, the food comes fast anders ist just delicious! And they also work and cook till the very late evening. Come here again and again.

Nice and tasty food with excellent service. But, it feels like cooking soda is added to the rice dishes. You feel full just after eating couple spoons.

A perfect place to have an Indian meal..
Tasty as well.. Only thing the portion in the Mittagsmenu could be a little bigger. Otherwise the cleanliness and hospitality and seating are very good.. Always again!

Fantastic place right next to the train station. The intersection is loud, but the restaurant was quieter than a library. Great food great service and great location. Looking forward to visiting again.

The food doesnt have indian originality and has been compromised for german taste, like samosa served were frozen samosas deep fried with salad.
2nd part – the staff was not at all friendly, may be because we went in a group. They were rude and not responding well, but the owner of the restaurant, a lady seemed very helpful.

Another tasteless and low quality Indian restaurant.

Went there with a group dinner came all at the same time but that was the only good thing.

The papad in the beginning was deeply deep fried and tasteless. I ordered vegetable pakora which was in total 5 small pieces and didn’t taste like anything special at all. In fact, the aloo pakora tasted very old and like microwave. Some restaurants overdo it woth spices. This one doesn’t. We all tried to look for some spiced.
Then, my main dish was the biggest desaster. It tasted like ready made Rahmspinat with a bit of salt and had five tiny pieces of paneer hidden somewhere. Everything was served with portions of quite wettish rice with a glimpse of yellow colour.
It had cumin seeds, which didn’t add much to the taste.

I don’t recommend this place at all. If you are looking for nice Indian food within the same price range try ‘Zala’.

I had high hopes somehow before entering this place. However, the seating is uncomfortable, I am from India and they just “overdid India” with so many statues and decorations. Most importantly, the food was really a big disappointment. I called for a kebab and it looked like a Pakora.. I wanted to cry after I saw the food. Chicken Tikka masala was sweet instead of spicy. This is such a scam against the Germans I feel. However the lady who was in charge was sweet so it wasn’t a disaster and they have Old monk there 🙂
