We came in for business in Ottertail from Texas. Had some trouble finding an early breakfast location. Its been such a pressure to interact with the morning waitress Sydney and local customers. Food is amazing and worth the drive. Definitely order the apple coffee cake! So good!

Another gem of a cafe up in Northwestern Minnesota. Great service. Great food. Gotta try their cinnamon rolls and caramel rolls. My bride says their coconut cream pie is second only to hers (very high praise, indeed). We are looking forward to our next visit.

Food tasted good, was very cheap, sales tax is included on the menu price which I find pretty nice, has an old fashioned feel to it, and they have large slices of homemade pies for just $3. Overall a great experience and staff was very nice

The best breakfast in the Detroit lakes area! I got the scrambler with hollandaise sauce and sausage with scrambled eggs and hash browns and it was amazing! Just make sure to bring cash. Great service and prices and a cute homey atmosphere.

As a proud Southerner from Alabama and a self-appointed expert on country-fried steak, it was quite a shocking experience to find that some of the best country-fried steak I’ve ever had ain’t from the south, but from Loon’s Nest way up in the northern part of MN! What a great place to have breakfast. If y’all ain’t about that gravy life, this place might change your mind! Not to mention the Cinnamon Rolls the size of your head! If I could give 10 stars I would.
