Ordered dinner-medium pizza, cheezy bread, and 2 pizzolis(chicken bacon ranch and sausage/pepperoni). Everything was amazing until I was halfway through the chicken bacon ranch pizzoli and realized it was completely raw dough in the middle. My husband ate all of his without realizing but said it was extra cheesy so I can only assume it was completely raw as well. Just a warning to anyone- im so scared I’m going to get food poisoning now.

Great pizza and cheesy bread. Pepperoni has a lot of meat and the crust is perfect not too doughy. Cheesy bread was not burnt which happened so often with other places. Definitely our new go to for pizza. And prices are decent! Delivered hot and fresh!

Had a long 14 hour day. Kids are hungry so I splurge and buy them pizza’s. Damn near $100. Cheese bread was so dry. The sausage/Pepperoni and cheese one also dry. Then we got a small garden pizza for my daughter, opened the box and it’s a small plan cheese pizza DRY ($15.00 charge for this pizza when regular LARGE cheese is $14.00) I looked at the receipt and it says garden. Called them up and he said yeah I thought that was weird too. I pulled up what I ordered, it listed all the veggies. He was like we are busy so best I can do is credit your phone number – didn’t repeat my number correctly so who knows if I’ll get it. 1 pizza out of my entire order was good, and I the end still making dinner.

I never had a problem with Marco’s till today. We ordered pizza and the young lady who delivered it called me on the phone & told me I needed to come downstairs and get my food or she was gonna leave it cause she didn’t know how to use the call box or was just damn lazy. I told her I wasn’t coming to get anything, that’s why it’s called delivery & I gave a generous tip. She replied she was taking it back to the store. Very rude, very disrespectful, very unprofessional and I know it was laziness because we’ve had Marco’s deliver straight to our door. I know one thing when she got back to that store, she should have been clocking out cause what she did was totally unacceptable and obviously she doesn’t want her job. I appreciate Alexis the manager claiming to make it right but I know all my money, including tip needs to be back on my card. Making it right is to dismiss her cause she’s gonna make business bad for you guy’s cause I can assure you me and my family want be ordering there no more & want be recommending it either. I called Dominoes like I should have from the beginning and guess what they came straight to the door with no problem and a great attitude…..Make it make sense why she couldn’t have done the same thing.

We order from Marco’s frequently, we have never received an incorrect order or over cooked food. But today I placed an app order for delivery at a certain time, ended up needing it a bit earlier so I called and Bob answered, he was kind and welcoming from “Hello” I explained the situation and he was happy to change the delivery time. Not only did the pizzas make it on time but they were 10 minutes early and the driver apologized for them being soo hot! I will always support this company!

Did take out of cheesy bread as a treat. This was a good portion for the price, hot when received and not too salty (which is a good thing).
Cheesy bread cane with one portion of tomato sauce and 1 portion of ranch dressing. Needless to say, make sure you have more at home of the dips (especially if you have kids)

Ordered a pizza bowl, got food poisoning as a bonus! Really got to know my toilet, learned to appreciate my bathroom and shower, and experienced nuances of abdominal and intestinal pain. Truely an amazing time! And for low low cost of $20!!!! Great experience! -10/10!

*yet another update!*
For whatever reason, my husband decided that since I worked a late shift tonight he was just going to order from this ridiculous place. Guess what happened… it’s 9:51 and the pizza he ordered for himself and my kids WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN!!! We also found out that the driver that re-delivered our food the last tube didn’t get the tip we left, the kid that delivered to the wrong house was allowed to keep it. Such a joke!
*Update*
It’s now two hours later and they finally answered the phone. It was delivered to the wrong house. If the driver couldn’t find the house, they should have called like others have in the past. Totally completely done with Marco’s after this.
I’ve given them time to sort out the glitches since changing their online system and using DoorDash for delivery even when you order directly from their website. After tonight, we won’t be giving any more opportunities. For one thing, their confirmation email offers inaccurate estimated delivery times. Many times the website will say delivered under tracking before it has even left the store. Most other times the tracking option isn’t showing anything. Today was it though. I ordered at 6:03. The estimated time in the email said 6:32. The order tracker kept showing tracking info will be available after 6:02pm. At 6:47 it finally updated to its on the way. Here we are, 7:32 and there’s still no delivery. Just save your money and go somewhere else. Brooklyn Pizza is much better

I got the Greek salad and the rest of the family got pizza. The Greek salad was generously filled with vegetables. Sometimes salads are just lettuce with a few sparse veggies. This one was packed with banana peppers, olives, green onions and tomatoes. As well as sprinkled with the perfect amount of feta. Whoever made the salad did a phenomenal job. I think the pizza is really good, but the salad was so generous I didn’t even get to get a piece of pizza!
