The main reason I come to this place is for the garlic bread, and when I open the bag look what I find. The ugliest and poorly cooked breads. The offer they have now for the Batman movie is good, but you must bear in mind that the quality of the food cannot be lost.

I’m not sure why Little Caesars promotes “Hot-N-Ready” when every time I go to this location, nothing is hot, ready, or even in progress. I waited 45 minutes for a simple order of pizza puffs — and this isn’t just a one-time thing. It happens every time we come here.
The workers clearly don’t want to be there, and it shows. No food is prepped ahead of time like it’s supposed to be. It’s like the whole point of fast, convenient pizza has been completely lost on this store. What’s the point of calling it “Hot-N-Ready” if we have to stand around forever while staff move at their own pace and ignore customers?

Let me tell you why Lil Ceasars are not like that other pizza with Red and Green boxes. First, they make a quality product at a very affordable price. I know first hand as every Friday is pizza night in my house. More importantly let me share why Lil Ceasars stands above all others in there category.
Sliver Star Location 12/05/2019 or an extra most pepperoni. Got home received a pepperoni, mushroom, onions and sausage pizza and too boot it was cold. Called the location spoke to a manager stated my issue and left my name. Was advised to return when possible for pizza.
Sliver Star Location 12/06/2019 returned the next day spoke with another manager and stated what happened and what I needed. While he could not find my name as stated to the previous manager (-1 Star). About 6 minutes later he handed over a piping hot Extra Most Pepperoni Pizza (see photo). So, we had pizza night two days straight!
I think local management learned a valuable lesson in communication.
I remain steadfast that we are not perfect but are always provide an opportunity to make it right and Lil Ceasars does that better than any of the other pizza joints. That other company with the red and green boxes have a lot to learn. You can hire all the celebrities you want too. I will not make up for a pizza that is delicious with the right price points and a laser focus on customer service. IJS – My family am I know pizza and we believe in Lil Ceasars on Friday night!

Day workers are fantastic…night crew horrible!!! Frequent customer at this location. Great pizza. Just go in afternoon. Wrong location. Clarcona is horrible at night. Clarke and silver star is good!!

On 08/15/25 Friday evening I ordered pepperoni puffs and was given to me with no pepperoni no cheese pure dry and the staff witch are young were laughing at me because I had to return to question about my food that they weren’t correctly They stated that’s the way there done dry I definitely will not go there anymore food is being done incorrectly
