I have not had a meal this good in Omaha for a long time. For those of you that don’t understand this…there was no salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, oil on the table. This because you don’t need it. The food was seasoned to perfection. Portions just right. Staff was amazing. Atmosphere was quite nice.
When I first walked in, it exploded with confidence. There are very few kitchens that are open. Where you can see who and how your food is being prepared. No drama, just confident and well prepared food.
What a refreshing place to eat and hang out with friends and family.
I plan on eating my way through the menu. Please support this amazing restaurant. I felt satisfied, happy, full but not feeling like I needed to stay up all night to digest what I ate. Good, fresh and clean food. A kiss to the chef

More time seemed to be put into the presentation rather than flavor. Nothing really stood out as memorable or something I would want to return for.
Service was good and attentive, but there were only 2 other tables while we were there.

The Bolognese is absolutely awful. SO SPICY, and we ordered it for our 8-year-old daughter. There was no warning on the menu or from the wait staff that it was spicy. We thought she (our daughter) was being dramatic, but I ate the leftovers the next day and it was SO spicy the pasta wasn’t even palatable (and I love spicy food).
That said, the other dishes we fantastic. My pork tenderloin was a bit on the dry side, but otherwise, service was polite and what you’d expect from a restaurant of this caliber.
It was Monday, and it was clear the head chef (and owner) had the day off. We’ll try again another time, which is to say, it was good enough to come back.

Excellent food and great service! We had the crab cake appetizer, steak special and sea bass. All were excellent and the service was outstanding.

Well-crafted dishes obviously made with a lot of thought, skill, and experience. Dish presentation and detail are taken very seriously. The food was excellent. I was not expecting this creative level of food when I went in. The garlic shrimp appetizer was splendid. 4 pieces of medium-sized shrimp, that were perfectly cleaned and plump, served in a mouth watering garlic, lemon, butter sauce. The shrimp came with thin French fries that were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The whiskey chicken came in a generous portion. The chicken was tender and moist and meshed well with the whiskey sauce. The service was not remarkable either way and the food quality greatly outweighs the dining atmosphere. I would go back because the food was top notch and I would like to try many more things on the menu.

Hosted my 40th in their party room and simply could not have asked for a more perfect experience. Booking, set up and order pricing was so reasonable. Claudia coordinated seamlessly and was always quick to reply to any questions. The male bartender they had on staff was so kind and efficient. And of course, as usual, the food was absolutely delicious. So many thanks to them for a perfect night!

I used to love coming here when it was Brushi, and I was excited to see some of our favorites carried over to the new restaurant’s menu. Unfortunately, the execution of the food is nowhere near what it used to be.
We ordered starters, salads and entrees all at the same time. The starters and salads came out promptly, and the salads were both good. The appetizer was just ok. It was four completely flavorless shrimp with a mountain of shoestring potatoes. The potatoes were seasoned nicely, but the shrimp tasted like nothing at all and they were room temperature. Then we waited around 45 minutes for our entrees to come out and 2 of 3 of them were not good. The potato gnocchi was good and very flavorful. The whiskey chicken was completely dried out and had a terrible rubbery texture. The paella that had been my go-to favorite was under seasoned and the rice was completely overcooked to mush, as was half of the seafood. Service was slow, and our server forgot to bring my daughter’s drink for 20 minutes until we reminded him.
I know things happen, and everyone can have an off night, but there were just too many things going wrong for us to ever revisit this place again.
The manager was very friendly and apologetic and took the whiskey chicken off our check, and offered some to-go dessert which we declined, but I think he handled the situation the best he could.

Our first time dining here. Would not recommend. The food was boring and lacked flavor. The Caesar salad was terrible. The shrimp and scallop risotto was lackluster and oddly paired with vegetables. The crabcakes were good. The best part of that entrée was the sauce. The drinks we ordered from the bar tasted watered down. We would not choose to return to this restaurant for those reasons.

I really wanted to love this place. The food is style over substance as in it is bland. We did notice the crowd average age was older, so maybe this caters to that palate. Presentation was stunning- it just didn’ttaste as good as it looked. Service was not great, though, that could be to being understaffed. I did overhear our waitstaff complain to the hotess to “quit seating peoole”. We had reservations, but I’m not sure about anyone else. We waited 20 mins before our order was taken, then just about an hour for food. We sat at a cleared table for 20 minutes, never got our desert (she took it to go at the end), and had to ask our waitstaff for our check. He was at the table behind us, wrapping silverware or something. It wasn’t awful, just wasn’t great.
