Dinner was served and presented wonderful. I had the house blend, red wine. Sirloin steak with a beautiful sauce. Service was wonderful and very attentive. It took the hostess a few minutes to recognize that I was even in the room. Price point $$$.

Service is amazing. The food is mediocre, at best. The loaded mashed potatoes— who puts a Kraft cheese slice on top? Just not good.
Medium rare is warm red center, not pink.
The cheeseburger egg rolls are just too big and honestly too much meat.

Margie is absolutely amazing! (She’s a server at Urban Steak.) I am currently writing this review halfway through dinner, she’s that good! She is so welcoming and immediately made us feel at home. She was happy to answer questions and very patient while we made decisions about our order. The environment here is very calm and cozy. There are TVs in various places and at the bar, but they aren’t overpowering or loud.
The food is quite tasty and the prices are good, especially for the quantity. Yes, the portion sizes are quite large. My son’s burger was missing the bacon and Margie was on it. She made it right within minutes. I will say that if you eat low carb and decided to forego the bun, you’ll only get one thin piece of lettuce, unless you want to pay extra.
Overall, our experience has been wonderful here at Urban Steak! Thanks Margie, aka best server ever!

Had a late arriving flight so food options were limited… pleased with the service Marissa offered and she hooked me up with a solid burger option plus beers to take back to my hotel room since they were closing up soon. Great late night option.

Such a great on-site restaurant attached to the Holiday Inn. I was seated quickly, the restaurant was clean and well kept. I enjoyed a glass of Moscato that was fairly priced – for those interested in other drinks, the menu was large. For dinner, I had the chicken quesadilla, which was plenty large for a main dish and a side of the urban fries. Prices were reasonable, and the food was prepared quickly. Overall, it was a great dinner choice!

We recently went for the second time in a couple years as we stayed at hotel next door. Service was slow, burger was decent but over cooked (we weren’t asked how we wanted it cooked and forgot to state). Price is reasonable, our boys had cheeseburger and a pizza from kids menu, portions for them were average. They do make a good old fashioned.

It took a while to get seated after we walked in as they are clearly understaffed. I think we only saw 3 employees total in about 1,5 hours that we were there. However, our waitress Lavonda (?) was excellent and probably deserves a raise or at least a bonus for all her hard work. Our food was great, the steak was perfectly cooked, no complaints whatsoever. Our experience was better than expected after taking a while to be seated. I would definitely recommend them and I hope they get some help soon.

Well pick this place even though reviews was not the best and those was very true the steak was a new York strip these are know for lots of flavor and tender but that was not the case very tough steak and no flavor at all would not recommend getting a steak here at all service was very slow. The photo makes it look great but that was all it was about it.
