The food here was very very delicious, however, as a vegetarian skimming the menu, it seemed very difficult to try and find something that stood out to me. I ended up getting the vodka pasta with no meat. It’s the exact same as GIA MIAs down the street but no red pepper flakes and a different noodle. However, whenever I order it with no meat at GIA MIA they usually take a few dollars off which did not happen here.
Overall the pasta was really amazing I just felt it was a lot of money after taking away the protein.
Friends got the Vodka Pie and one of the salads I cannot remember the name off. Both seemed to really enjoy it however we didn’t know there was a personal sized pizza option so when the vodka pie was dropped off we were very confused over how small it was. My friend did say it was very good but the sauce that came with it was way too spicy.
Our server was did not check up on us really at all. Once we were done eating, our dirty plates were still in front of us for the rest of our time there and she just came and brought the check. Didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert, which we probably would have had if she asked and then the bill would’ve been more and tip would’ve been more, but she didn’t ask. She also just dropped the bill off, didn’t give us the option to split it. And we each got our own meals, didn’t share anything so it would have been a very easy split but we weren’t given that option.

We stopped by here on the fly with our infant which just happened to be Valentine’s Day. Pleasantly surprised that they weren’t full and were able to accommodate our little one at seven months with a high chair. When asking what they recommend, they offered a pasta dish but we opted for another. We had their Farmhouse Roman-Style Pizza which was a little over cooked but still tasty. Would consider going again if atmosphere was the same as this past visit.

Randomly popped in here after realizing a nearby pizza venue was takeout only. What a delight when we realized it was half price pizza Sunday! The restaurant was decorated nicely for Xmas and had a very fun vibe. There’s lots of family’s and friends just out for a nice evening dinner. We ordered the pizza with prosciutto, arugula and something else that I’m blanking out on. Our server was kind, he checked on us periodically. The meatball app was also good!

Beautiful and cozy place! I love Detroit style pizza and it hit the spot. It was half off pizzas because it was Sunday. We had the BBQ chicken. Yum Yum!. We also had the salmon risotto which was delicious. Wish I took a picture!
We chose to sit at the bar and our tender was Josue and he was super kind. It got very busy in there and he remained attentive while making many orders for patrons and servers. Thank you for the warm welcoming and dinner. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

We were impressed – a very nice lunch, good service, good atmosphere, but not very expensive! We each had deluxe sandwiches and a fancy side salad for $14. each for our lunch – and we each brought half home. It was nice eating on plates, with silverware and cloth napkins. The place has an extensive bar and wine list, and offers small plate/appetizers to share, so would be a nice place to visit before or after a play or a movie.

Would definitely come back! I have driven past Ella’s a few times and finally decided to try it out! We got drinks which were all really great- I recommend the sunset spritz it was cute and tasty. We got the calamari as an appetizer and it was very unique. There were some fried veggies in it which were surprisingly good. I then got the Ella’s house pizza. The petite size was perfect for me I ate the entire thing. It was a very unique flavor but I liked it. The service and ambiance was also on point. Overall we had a great experience!

This is my go to when I’m in Elmhurst – they just added Italian wedding soup to the menu and it’s the best I’ve ever had. Awesome bar, fresh for watching sports, and the pizza is delicious.

If you are scared of going out in IL because of how bad the crime is you gotta come here. Micheal was our bartender and he did NOT disappoint. He helped us with the menu being first timers and made the best martinis. This man I swear needs a fat bonus… Coming from Madison, WI this is the best service we ever had!! I highly recommend coming here because not only does Micheal make the best martinis but the food here is amazing.

The food was good. I had a blackened salmon that was delicious but a bit too small, it should have been more reasonably sized for the price. They did a good job coming up with a dairy free side to go with it for me. My gf had a vodka pasta that she liked.

Always an absolutely lovely experience everytime I come here. Today in particular we enjoyed the half priced bottle of wine and calamari (of course!) Along with the bucatini with meatballs and the bread pudding for dessert. This place is a can’t miss if you are in the Elmhurst area. Their lunch specials for $14 are also an absolute steal! The past 2 times I have come I have had Katie as my server and she is amazing. Super nice, attentive, friendly and funny. I would give her and Ellas 100 stars if I could!!
