We are a true French cafe with a Parisian bistro-like atmosphere located in the heart of the atomic city, owned and operated by Stephanie and Marcel, a French couple. Espresso drinks, imported teas, crepes, croissants, French macarons, French desserts, baguettes, sandwiches, cheese platters, and quiches are some of the things to be enjoyed at Fleur de Lys. We are your French option for a breakfast, brunch, lunch, or afternoon snack in Los Alamos! Additionally, we host 200+ different imported French grocery items in the store including cookies, soups, spices, pates, jams, and condiments.

What a gem this place is! Went in for the macarons, stayed for the relaxing atmosphere and cool grocery items imported from France. Any jam, jelly, candies, crackers, etc (even duck fat!) that you can think of, you’ll find here arranged onto attractive shelves, making shopping a fun discovery process. The macarons were lovely, especially the lavender. I left on a cloud of contentment.

This was my first time here, hopefully not my last. The smoked salmon crepe was just phenomenal!! The cream cheese filled crepe with smoked salmon and topped with capers just hit the spot! The french teas are sooo good too! The macaroons were delicious!! Service was friendly and speedy. This is a must of you are in the area and have a craving for French cuisine.

What an awesome lunch!! Free Cafe Americano and a fabulous ham and swiss crepes!! My daughter had the smoked salmon crepes. The presentation was incredibly artistic. We also got a sleeve of 12 macrons and two matcha frappuchinos. Oh and another daughter folded an origami dinosaur while we waited for our food

Amazing food, pastries, cake, and croissants.
Everything is good here but my favorite things are the pear/almond cake (pictured), chocolate hazelnut tart, and the mascarpone tart, along with all the croissants. Can’t go wrong with any of that. Their macarons are fantastic as well.

The ordering process was confusing and disoriented since you have to order at the end of the counter but have to back up and go between other customers in line to pick your pastries. The French macarons were very cute but expensive compared to other places. There was a wide variety of flavors and they were tasty.
