I’ve ordered with this particular Domino’s maybe 30 times total and I have zero complaints. I use the app and it’s very user friendly, I have never called in an order so idk of that experience. My food is hot 100% of the time and always on time. I order pretty late (7pm-9pm) though so maybe that’s why. Also, I have never ordered their pizza, I order their other items instead (pasta, sandwiches, wings) – so I can’t comment on the pizza.

Ordered, 30 minutes later realized I had missed a call from from them (no text or voicemail left) when I called them back they said it would be another 30 minutes before delivery (hour delay total), said ok, pizza took 50 more minutes to arrive. Wish I had just gotten a refund, turn off orders if you cannot fulfill them or give realistic timeliness. Will not order from domino’s again.

I ordered myself and son Domino’s “new” new york style pizza, literally the only thing I ordered and mind you I live 10 mins from this location, got the pizza on time however it was a cold pizza with huge pieces missing from it. How are they going to send one item out and it not be hot even. I just don’t understand. It was gross and costed too much for how gross it was. I sent Domino’s customer service an email and of course never heard back. This is why I rarely order out anymore. You spend an arm and a leg for food that’s just disappointing. Smh

They made our pizza wrong when we asked for regular ranch crust pizza. They gave us thin greasy crust pizza! The pizza was not even fully cut. We payed $17 for a wrong made pizza. I was very nice and went in to ask for a new one and the employee told me they don’t make that kind of pizza and they will not be remaking it. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Just got two pizzas with almost no toppings. Our cheese pizza had half with no cheese. I called to complain and they said they have very strict measurements now on toppings. So guess no more ordering from Domino’s Pizza. What is pizza with no toppings or cheese…bread. Sad to see this happen.

So, to be honest, I never order from dominos. In fact, this is the only domino’s I ever order from simply because my experience at other ones has been pretty poor.
This location is beyond an exception. Every pizza I have ever ordered has been not only baked perfectly, but accurately as well. EVERYTIME I have come in there, they have such a positive and enthusiastic response, that it makes me happy to walk in.
The one time I had an issue-and honestly it was probably my fault-they made things right for me, and realistically they didn’t have to.
I recommend this location to my friends-yes a domino’s. This location always hits the spot and the management and associates that are working at 630 on 2/27/2025 deserve to be recognized.

Last minute delivery before they closed and, even as a polite Canadian, I can honestly say the young gentleman customer service representative who took my order was probably the most polite, professional and kind person I have ever spoken to. The icing on the cake was the delivery driver who matched the same level of professionalism and kindness. High kudos to these young men, they’re definitely going places. Cheers!

The Best dominos I have been to by far, the pizza was amazing quality, the service was fast and friendly. When I got there my pizzas had 5 more minutes to finish and while I was waiting the workers had conversation with me and informed me how they make their pizza, and I’m honestly blown away how much better and safe they make their food compared to Pizza Hut. Also the amazing deals they have!! I bought 3 pizzas for $22 compared to what I would’ve paid at Pizza Hut for 3 was nearly $50??? Insane!! Love this place.
