I came across this spot on Google Maps and thought, let’s give it a try. It’s a chill, small restaurant with a laid-back vibe and a few outdoor tables. You order at the counter, and they bring the food out to you.
We got the tin can nachos and the fish tacos. The food came out fast, and the tin can nachos had a fun, eye catching presentation. The person who brought it over was super friendly, which added to the experience.
As for the food both dishes were excellent. The nachos were flavorful and satisfying, and the fish tacos were incredibly fresh and packed with bold, well-balanced spices.
Their high Google rating is well deserved. Definitely a place worth checking out—you won’t be disappointed.

This is the perfect post ski spot! Food is good and the kitchen is quick and the vibes are chill. We ordered with Austin and he was so welcoming and helpful with the menu! Highly recommend this spot in town.

Uno Dos Tres Tacos & Tequila is THAT GIRL!! We are so incredibly thankful to this establishment for working with us as we held an intimate ceremony in Telluride. During the planning process we reached out and the owner called us and openly discussed all our options: private event, catering, or even simply ordering to-go, and we appreciated the transparency and respect for our budget goals. We opted for to-go and everything was prepped perfectly, allowing for an easy transition that we could send a family member to pick up the paid and tipped order. Everyone loved the tacos!! We (bride & groom) loved it so much we came back the next day to sample more of the menu. I cannot recommend enough, the staff was kind to us, the food was prepared well, and the guests were happy!

Great vibe. Nice tequila bar. Excellent location. Food was good but in my option needed some refinement. I just don’t love large chunks of zucchini but maybe that’s personal preference. Nice hot sauce collection. Wish the vegan nachos had more chips to sauce ratio. But overall can’t complain and would dine here again even if not my first choice. Immaculate vibe

Great tasting taco shop. À la cart menu with lots to choose from. Very nice place to sit outside on a small patio on a summer evening. Margarita was decent although we did not have the house Margarita. Chips and guacamole had a very small serving of guacamole. We still enjoyed the food and I would recommend.

Fantastic little place. My friend said “we have to go here, it’s delicious!” He did not lie. Tacos are great and they have a hot sauce “booth” that has wide variety of sauces. Would recommend for good tacos.

Very casual Mexican restaurant with some very surprisingly outstanding tacos. We came here to get some more budget-friendly food in telluride and left wanting to come back. The food was outstanding and they were having 2-for-1 margaritas as an added bonus. The wild kindergarten Mac taco was by far the wildest tacos I’ve had and it was also delicious. The Nashville chicken was our favorite and we also loved the duck carnitas. They have a whole bar of hot sauce to choose from and I highly recommend the fools, paradise mango and ghost pepper.
Update: the tomato soup and cheese quesadilla is also delicious!
Year three or three this place is still amazing. It is also a good place to come to if you can’t find a table at some of the other restaurants in Telluride. Come here you won’t regret it. Amazing food without the wait.

This place was the perfect post-hike pit stop for some hungry and thirsty people! The food here is eclectic and unique (think: goldfish on your tacos, and nachos on waffle fries), and it totally hit the spot. We ordered Mac n cheese quesadillas (with elk sausage and green Chile Mac n cheese), a variety of tacos, the loaded nachos, and the street corn, and every bite we took, people kept calling out how delicious it all was. We also got margaritas which were quite tasty. Highly recommend, especially on a beautiful day – we sat with a dog on the patio and it was great for enjoying the views and the sunshine.

I called to see if they were open. The employee who answered seemed surprised when I asked if they were open. I also wanted to know how big their tacos were. They have a delicious menu item called the ‘123 chop sal-ad. I had never heard of a …”saal-ad,” but it was amazing. Five out of five stars would eat here again. One love.
