We came early around 5 so it was nice and quiet apart from the birds outside. Staff were young but very knowledgeable. Food was tasty but needed more tofu! 4 pieces in each of our dishes was not good enough especially considering it’s cheap. Overall still very much enjoyed, good value, would recommend

Enjoyed visiting this Thai restaurant in Port Macquarie. It was relatively busy on Saturday night which was great! We felt confident eating here as some of the other Thai restaurants were empty. Food wasn’t too bad but some of the portion sizes were a bit on the smaller side. $4 per bowl of price is definitely on the pricier side.

The decor is basic but the food is world class. Not kidding. I had the whole barramundi and it was stunning. Not to spicy either. Just right.

It pains me to say it, but our dining experience last night wasn’t anywhere near the standard it has been in the past. Starting with the young waiter, who unftly had no idea of the menu, we asked him about 1 of the entrees, he couldn’t tell us what it was, we asked him to find out for us, he went inside, answered the ph, packed some takeaway, came back out to us & when we asked him, he still was confused, then he bght our mains out & left our empty entree plates on the table, I undstand every1 has to start somewhere, but some training of the menu items & service should be paramount, then to the food. The potato wrapped prawns were half the size as last time, quite oily also, the crab claw was delicious, Mains of Laksa, was tasty, but asked for chilli to give it abit more depth, Hokkien Noodle & Chang Mai Rice, again very oily. The head chef came to take our plates was happy & friendly, but we were disappointed tonight..

Staffs are friendly, meals came out quick.
Taste is very average, a bit salty, we have to had lots of water.
Spring rolls and saty chicken are ok.
Tom Yum soup and laksa taste are not as good as traditional Thai Cuisine, ingredients have been adjusted.
Reasonable price for the food quality. But not recommended.

There are a lot of Thai restaurants in Port Macquarie and I can say this is my far one of best! They use a lot of authentic ingredients which really bring out the full flavor like Krachai.

I’ve had a lot of coconut rice in my time, but they by far make the best. Was amazing and I look forward to taking my friends their to share the experience with them.

Northpoint Thai is the best Thai restaurant in Port Macquarie. I’ve been coming here for years and the staff are always friendly, and the meals are fresh, delicious and affordable. I am coeliac and there are plenty of gluten free options and the staff are always careful with cross contamination.

Highly recommend the Pad Thai, and the Massaman Curry, they are always amazing!

Been here a couple of times recently, once just 2 of us and a couple of days ago in a group of 8.

We enjoyed sitting outside where it was cooler and quieter, and we weren’t even bothered by the bit of rain!

The food seems to be consistently good… fresh and tasty… and there’s a good variety of stir fries, curries and chef’s specials to suit all tastes.

Nice, relaxed place with good choice on menu. Food was good, but not amazing. Not sure Hokkien noodles are Thai…. Average prices, plenty of parking.
