So this is kind of a late review, but I also think its necessary. It was Halloween night and things were crazy and it was a huge rush, however, I think the staff at this location handled it well I liked how the district manager and the manager from another store came in and fixed the situation. There was another guy who was a delivery driver and diffused the situation at hand, and also helped as well.
I honestly think that the younger people that are hired there and were working the window and the front that night, definitely need more training when it comes to customer satisfaction, and resolving problems with customers.
But overall, I think it was good and things went well. I got my pizza and I went home so for that thank you.

Ive been back once, and it was better. Ordered tonight. I’m praying its good!
I’m sad to give a bad review. I order from them on a weekly but tonight the pizza was dry!!!!! Like really dry. I think they need to retrain whoever made my pizza tonight. Yuk! I guess I need to find a new pizza place?

Great pizza, 5 star customer service, and the store is nice. Awesome place to take the family for a cheap price and alot of food. They have good deals online, coupons, and points you can earn for additional discounts.

I’ve ordered multiple times from this location. Sadly, every time it was not good. I moved from greensboro. The west market location in greensboro is amazing. I gave them a great review, their work is delicious every time.
This location just cannot get it together. No pizza I’ve ordered here at this location has been good or cooked properly. Too doughy or burnt, they cannot get the stuffed crust right, toppings are low and poorly done. So disappointing. Their customer service is not good. Sad, because I loved the Dominos in greensboro. This location needs help. A manager or regional needs to get this one up to par.

Even after reading the bad reviews I still gave this restaurant 5 stars my food was fresh the cashier was very friendly so on this day 11/21 I can’t say anything bad about this restaurant I will say the pizza could’ve baked for maybe 5 more minutes but all and all we enjoyed thanks again

I placed my order online and received a notification that it was ready. I arrived at the store and to my surprise, the order wasn’t there. I said, “Okay, can I wait?” I spent 30 minutes waiting. I just asked for this list. Is there a problem? They simply ignored me. I was about to leave when the cashier said, “Here it is.” He had a terrible attitude!!!

Ordered one pizza online. Upon inspection the pizza was made incorrectly. When I went back to inform them, they didn’t ask any questions and asked if minded waiting while they remade the pizza and because I had to wait they offered a “side” at no cost (also, they threw in extra dipping sauces). This is how a business should be run! I won’t hesitate to return to this establishment the next time I need pizza. Great job!! The remade pizza was perfect!

Delivery driver left a note on my receipt saying ‘SMH’ because I didn’t tip. I understand tipping is important — but it felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Especially considering the food was tossed into my garage and not handled with care, my food wasn’t affected but you could tell they just placed with an attitude probably. I want to support workers, but this wasn’t a respectful experience.
It’s not my fault y’all still chose to be open during a heavy thunderstorm.

The best pizza in Greensboro I go here all the time and they always have my pizza ready in 7-9 minutes today I went in an there was just one employee taking on 20-30 pizzas although it was a lot he definitely cares about his job I definitely recommend this place to everybody
