Just got home and this is without a doubt the worst sub I’ve ever gotten ANYWHERE, the first time in my life I’ve thrown food away because it was so bad (and wet and unappetizing and had hair in the sauce??). Would recommend going elsewhere

I recommend going out of your way to avoid this location. The customer service here is atrocious, and they find the sneakiest ways of up charging you.
First off, I came in with a coupon. I was immediatley notified that I only get to choose from 6 options (probably the cheapest sandwiches). When I was asked if I want provolone, I said “No. Do you have mozzarella?” And she proceeded to add mozzarella without saying a word, instead of declaring that it cost extra money. When I was surprised by the total, the cashier told me I should have read the menu. The price was there, but did they expect me to read the whole menu? **They charged me +$2 for mozzarella on half of my footlobg sandwich. They gave me two measly slices; see the photo below.**
On top of that, the cashier didn’t change gloves to move between cutting meat and dealing with money. Health code violation right there.

Don’t go here, they can’t read simple instructions on how to make a turkey sandwich! No olives should have been on either sandwich, no pickles, no lettuce, wrong breads, wrong condiments, and “no we won’t give you a refund, you can bring it back and we’ll remake it” I’m already 20 mins away, I’m not driving more so you can try to do your job right! And I paid extra for bacon that I didn’t get!

The male “employee” was behind the wall on his phone and didn’t acknowledge me until someone else opened the door.
Before ordering, I showed the coupon to which he pointed to a sign saying “Only these sandwiches” despite the coupon saying what was specifically excluded.
When making the sandwich, he skimped on all the toppings to the point I had to ask for more.
Closet Subway to my house yet they will not see another dime from me. Poor atmosphere, even poorer service.

AVOID! 1st time I went I had a mobile order & my footlong sub only had enough meat for a 6inch which I thought was an accident. I went a second time & ordered in person and realized they purposely try to skimp on anything they serve including sauces to save themselves money. Never been to a subway like this & probably the worst one ive been to…wont be back. The “family” working there are also very rude.

They either need to have more employees working during peak hours or train employees to prioritize and/or multi-task.
There were two lines when I arrived: the walk-in line and the line for the to-go orders as the to-go receipts piled up on the counter. I had to ask at the counter for to-go order to be started, and waited double my estimated time. The guy behind me in the to-go line was still waiting when I left. Thankfully the ingredients were fresh and tasted good.

I ordered online at this store and gave them a full thirty minutes before the pick up time so they’d could have time to make it if they were busy. But I got to the store and they say they “have no order in the system.” I showed them my phone which showed their address, my order, and the pickup time. She says they don’t have anything and to check my email.
I check my email only to find out they cancelled my order. So now the rewards I used are no longer valid and I don’t have lunch. This is why people are going to Jimmy John’s and Jersey Mike’s.

They charged me 6.99 for a protein pocket wrap that every other subway is selling for 3.99. All over their menu are prices taped over and increased.

Service was utterly horrible. Went there with a coupon which clearly stated on the coupon which Subs were excluded. We ordered subs that were included and husband & wife both refused to honor the coupon. We walked out without our food and will never give them our money. Drove to a different Subway, used our coupons and were happy.

We have tried this Subway a few times because it is so close to us but this will be the last. The owners are rude, the don’t honor coupons that all the other Subways do, they put as little ingredients as they can on your sandwich, and finally they move as slow as possible. Save yourself the trouble and go to the next nearest one.
