Had a great experience at Jay’s Kitchen and Bar! Jessie was an amazing server and made everything smooth. We had the buffalo wings, margaritas, Kona beer, and the chicken pesto sandwich on naan — all super tasty. Really solid spot with good vibes. I’d definitely come back!

I came because of the reviews of the chicken tikka masala – and was not disappointed. This was my final stop before heading back to Michigan and happy that I saved it for when I did. The portion of chicken was more than id had in any other dish similar to this one. Spiced just right, and paired with the fire outside, it was just enough to keep me warm on a chilly evening.

We came here with friends visiting and was originally going to compare between this restaurant and another Indian restaurant listed on the maps. It turns out Jay’s is the new Indian restaurant that bought out the other one.
I recognized Jay from the shop in El segundo where I’ve dined before, and I knew immediately the food will be delicious. We ordered many things with $5 beer on tap happy hour all day and everyone enjoyed the food. Rice is included with the dish choice.
There are other options such as fish and chips etc if anybody in the party wants other flavors.
Highly recommend! Jay is super hospitable!

We were confused at first with the menu having both traditional Indian dishes and more global (ie Califonia) cuisine, but it turns out this place is fantastic. They bring spices from India, the food is excellent and authentic (try the deconstructed “street-food” samosas), super friendly and helpful staff and just an absolutely pleasant surprise of an experience. Fair prices too to boot. Definitely making this block of Washington in Venice more interesting and we’ll be back!

Go for the Indian food and stay for life. unreal food! I am blown away. Do not walk by this place, it’s a hidden gem. Best chicken tikka masala I’ve ever had. The brothers use recipes from their family.Jay is so incredible. I could eat this every day.
