Chicken tenders were a pathetic portion for $10.99, called instantly. The owner does not care about customer satisfaction. I received the food and said there was nothing he could do. Spent over $60 on my order. Never again.

The man “working” here was rude and acted like I was doing him a disservice by trying to give him business. God forbid I try to order a sandwich at an establishment that sells sandwiches. Don’t know how good or bad the food is because he was so rude to me that I walked out without ordering since he clearly didn’t want to make me a sandwich. Not going to give someone my business who doesn’t want it.

I’ve been ordering food from RTO for the past 4 years. I’ve never seen an issue with portion sizes. Definitely get more than 1 chicken tender in a basket, lol. The kitchen staff, (J & A), are amazing! ❤️ The owner is awesome! He genuinely cares about his customers and their families. He’s helped the neighborhood kids more than once if they haven’t had enough $ to buy their snacks! Randolph Take-Out is where to go if you want a small town friendly store atmosphere!

Everytime I go there I order no cheese on my sandwich and everytime it’s loaded with cheese. This time I made sure to ask for no cheese twice, again loaded with cheese. Usually they remake it with no problem but this time the cashier gave me a wicked attitude and said the best they can do is half off. Never going here again 🙁

I have eaten their takeout in the past and the food is ok but have had to call and complain about the portion size a few times. We got home tonight and the chicken salad wrap was literally about the size of a quarter around. I called to complain and was answered quite hostile and defending the portion sizes because we asked for a few veggies to not be on the sandwich. There was no apology at all and if I could attach a photo you would see why I am leaving this review. Because of the way she belittled my concern, I will never ever buy a thing from this store ever again!!!!!

I’m not a huge pizza lover, so at first I was skeptical but they definitely made the BEST buffalo chicken pizza I’ve ever had in my life!! Definitely recommend. I’ve had other items from here as well and it was just as delicious!!
