Absolutely horrendous. I placed an order online. Showed up 20 minutes later at the store, only to be told rudely that they didn’t have it. I showed them the email receipt , and was again rudely told they didn’t have the order. Someone finally threw a bag of food over the counter at me, that wasn’t even what I ordered. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for corporate to issue a refund because it was an online order. I’m done with TB in general. They won’t even take an in person order any more, and when you place it online this is what happens. I can eat at a real Mexican restaurant for less money, and they actually act like they want my business.

I use to be a manager at this location I been there twice since I left both bad experiences! decided to go tonight to get my kids some food since they use to love this location lady in drive thru didn’t give me my receipt and it slipped my mind to ask her for it but she gave me more than enough sauces gave me a medium bag of sauces but yall was out of mild no wonder yall are out Charles or whoever is area coach there you should really show them the chart you showed us when I was there 1 sauce per item unless asked for extra and I did but I didn’t ask for hand fulls that’s a waste but anyways I ordered 6 burritos 4 cheesy double beef meat an cheese only and 2 regular with extra rice an add chipotle sauce I knew I should’ve check the bag before I left I got home an all 6 burritos had all meat on them literally straight meat no cheese JUST MEAT ! Crazzzzyyyyyyyy ! . Almost $30 wasted your team should practice their burrito wrapping skills also it’s very poor ! And I’m sorry one burrito had beef with some chipotle sauce nothing else

The staff is rude – i always come by and I am going to be honest i do make a lot of modification to my food because I am vegetarian but want to try everything you come out with but I order it through the mobile app for a reason so I do not have to leave my car and when i check my food and try to tell them they made a mistake they tell me they will only help me inside, or if i pull around and tell them they forgot my sauces that i put on my order they tell me to come inside – not once have the gotten my food correct the first time, i have been a customer there for 5 yrs and i will no longer go back to this location

I went to this location for lunch yesterday and I don’t see how they are still open. I ordered the number 1, three crunchy tacos. There might have been a tablespoon of meat on each taco along with a small amount of shredded lettuce and shredded cheese. The taco shells fell apart after the first bite. This was an unbelievably small amount of food for the price. Very ridiculous excuse for a meal.

I just love Taco Bell! I’ve been eating it since I was a child in Texas. I just wish they still had Bell Burgers. They were great! Today I had a number 4. The crunch wrap and a taco and a Dr. Pepper. The lady that waited on me was very sweet and I just loved my lunch, I ate my taco and half of my crunchwrap quick. Thank you, Taco Bell!

Worse experience with Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced.. giving some grace as I’ve worked in fast food, I understand the “we are not taking more than one order at the window”. But all the extra attitude and mean girl energy was not needed.. the lady working the drive Thur was RUDE and unprofessional as hell.. and I don’t know what they put in our drink but it tasted like sour water with mango syrup.. literally had to pour it all out.. will not be back.

Came tonight to grab the mix of the Deluxe Cravings Box. Highly, Highly disappointed. Even the Fountain drink was watered down and not palatable. Soon as I opened the box the burrito wasn’t fully wrapped, two bites and almost halfway through it and never hit anything but tortilla. The DLT was good but the shell was almost annihilated on one half. Steak Chalupa was terrible, barely any meat and mainly lettuce and tomato. Maybe about five whole pieces of Carne Asada. On a lighter note, the chips were some of the best fried I’ve seen come out of a window in a long while. Not too dark, not too light with just the right amount of sodium.
