First time going to Big G’s and it did not disappoint. The two ladies working we’re very friendly and the food was delicious. Probably the best fast food burger I have had since childhood. It was juicy the cheese was melted and the vegetables were crisp. Definitely would eat there again!

Employee was not very polite either when I mentioned what the internet said he acted like I was telling him old news and said that was a while ago. Furthermore closing at 15 till 8 is not staying opened till 8.

Food was good.
The inside of the building was choking with smoke and full of fly’s. The outside where I waited smelled absolutely horrible because of a garbage can and dumpster off in the parking lot wafting stench to where I sat. Needless to say I ate in my car. But eh my milkshake was good so there’s that at least.

We used to buy Big G’s all the time we got two burgers yesterday and I guarantee you me being a cook know the weight value and those burgers did not have more than an eighth of meat on them not even a quarter pound. It was horrible and they don’t even toast the buns anymore

Placed my order online and they showed my order would be ready in 15 to 25 minutes. I pulled in after 25 minutes and had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order. I thought it was expensive at over $30 for 2 double bacon cheeseburgers and 2 orders of onion rings. On the web you can order the rings “soft” or “crispy”. I left the selection blank thinking I would get medium. Well I got burnt rings that we couldn’t even eat. The burgers were good but not at $15 bucks each since the rings were trash.
I won’t be going back. They made Sonic seem delicious.

I will not eat there again the food was raw and had worms in it then the owner called me a lier and the staff didn’t know what they were doing they said 15-20 minutes it took 45 min then they didn’t give me all my food so I had to go back and wait another 15 min they need to have the health board come in and check the food the owner doesn’t have to be so hateful I paid 100.00 for the food and it was nasty

This last visit I ordered onion rings with my pork loin sandwich. My order of onion rings consisted of 4 rings and two of them were very small. I thought I was on candid camera and it was a joke. But I asked and they did nothing, just said yep that an order of rings.
Not sure i will stop anymore. It’s gotten more expensive which is fine if service is good. But the bad service makes it a problem for me.

This place shows you a menu with the food and the price on it. Then when you place you order charges you more money than what the menu price says. Then I was told by the older lady that works there when I said something about it that there prices change ever day and they could not keep the right price on the menu. Then I told her I would never be back and then she said I don’t care because the people of Caney Kansas support the place any way without me stopping in. They also put way to much ketchup and mustard on our burgers. I mean ways to much. Then we was out side waiting on our food then I saw on the side of the building a menu on the window where the prices were ever cheaper then the menu on the inside. I think this is for the drive through. The way they price there food this is false advertising. So to break this down they have a driver through price that is fake. Then they have a menu on the inside that you can order that has a different price. Then when you place your order they charge even more than that. This is bad business practice it makes customers very upset when you run a business like this. I am asking the owner of this business if you went to go shopping some where and you bought so things and you saw the price and then they charger you like $1.00 to $3.00 a Item more than what the price said on the shelf how would you fill about this. As a business owner you are also a customer. The older lady that worked here was supper Rude. I will never support this business again. Do not eat here
